Worst sonic experience I’ve ever had… I ordered 2 burgers one with no pickles, an order of chili cheese tots, an order of pickle seasoned tots and 2 drinks.
This was a Mobile order that was to be picked up by 2:15. I didn’t receive my order till 3:20. The bacon on the burgers was burnt black to a crisp and not edible. The burger with no pickles had pickles… and they gave me 2 orders of chili cheese tots and one was supposed to be pickle seasoned. To make matters worse the food was ice cold. I’ve been going to this sonic for years because it’s the only fast food restaurant in town and it’s never been great but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had…

Poor customer service. Felt rushed while ordering. The person taking the order continued saying “anything else” after each item was ordered. Wait time for food was extremely long. Tater tots were not even in the container, and just tossed in the bag. They were the nastiest ever. Clearly the grease has not been changed in a while. Ordered a jr cheeseburger with pickle and onion. Burger came without the pickle and onion and was swimming in ketchup and mustard and of course no napkins in the bag. Had we not been in a hurry and noticed these things before leaving, I would’ve demanded my $18 back for my order. Food was not edible! Do better!

Ice cream wasn’t working reminded me of McDonald’s but the lady taking the order was nice and food was ok. But milkshake was absolutely terrible, just cold whipped cream with one ressese cup crushed, better off just chewing ice and eating a candy bar, you will have better flavor. No offense just facts. Do better with ice cream and milkshakes.

The screen will say it’s on it way and go out ( like they delivered it) but I’ve waited everytime up to 10 minutes after that to get my food. Definitely working their delivery time. Always takes me 20-25 minutes to get my ‘fast food’

If you have an hour to waste, feel free to come to Sonic in Kingston Springs. It is known in the community that this location is painfully slow.
Why on Earth do I keep subjecting myself to this place? About two or three times a year I’ll come to Sonic for a milkshake or a cherry limeade. Never have I ever received a drink in an amount of time that I would consider reasonable.
Today, for reasons beyond my comprehension, I decided to order lunch via the app. My order was submitted at 12:57 pm. I arrived at Sonic at 1:02 check in and entered my stall # in the app. I have been waiting for 37 minutes, and have yet to receive my food. I asked for an update from the car hop, she told me it would be out in a few minutes.
***Update: I finally got my food at 2:06pm. 1 hour and 9 minutes.
We don’t have many options in Kingston Springs. I genuinely hope this location gets so many bad reviews, that they will shut it down like the one they did on 100 in Bellevue. Then maybe, another restaurant can come in and provide the community with proper service.

Speed and courtesy of service was excellent. I enjoyed the fact that the tots with my number 2 combo were crisp, hot and lightly salted. The burger however was cool to the touch and overcooked by a longshot. I’m guessing it was sitting on the grill awhile before being nicely dressed and served.

We have stopped by this Sonic about 4-5 times when in the area. This is, by far, the worst Sonic ever and we will not be returning. The food is consistently horribly cooked and service is always very slow.

Stopped for a breakfast burrito. I had a very busy day. I waited for 22 minutes for it. Got it and opened it up to look at it as I always do….the eggs were Ice cold!!! It had green tomatoes on it? I did not have time to wait. The tortilla waa even Ice cold? Really really sad! I drove around back and threw it straight in the trash can along with the small order of cold tots. I did keep my small cherry coke? I will not stop by there again?

Took 28 minutes to get a #1 with no cheese, no mayo, only to bite into cheese and mayo! ICE COLD! The server felt it and said she would talk to the manager to see if I could get a discount next time???
