The people there were so nice and patient with me. When I couldn’t get my thoughts straight, the woman helping me order was able to help me out. I told her i needed it SWEET and they delivered. And my favorite part is that all I had to do was mention I couldn’t have a lot of caffeine and she understood immediately and happily accommodated! She didn’t even need a why to know exactly what to do. My tachycardia thanks her. And the male who helped me to pay and gave me my drink was conversational (mind you its 7:30 am) and kind. Keep the good work up!!

Everything about this Dunkin is not appealing. Especially with the amount of money you are spending. Not sure what is “chipotle” about this $7 breakfast “wrap” but this has to be a joke. Service is also mild and unenjoyable. Will not be going back

Cannot stand that they put the machine out the window and ask for a tip. Since when do you tip in a drive through esp bc I literally got a $1 donut while my baby was asleep. You put it in a bag and handed it to me. It is so weird. I obviously tipped and do so everytime but it is weird. Id gladly tip if I had some fancy coffee or a large order.

Honestly its just pitiful at this location any time ive ever come to this one they’ve messed up my order or flat out dont know what ive ordered even after I told them one time I go the avocado toast will be burnt and messy the next its almost not even toasted and the avocado isn’t even spread out. The employees are nice enough but come on step it up.

It’s not hard to keep a drive through running smoothly. Even with minimal amount of people working. When multiple people are leaving the drive through line at a time. Reevaluate your methods. I shouldn’t be waiting at the speaker box for five minutes. Get some experience hired to teach

Haven’t received a correct order from this location in about 10 months, came back today in a hurry to grab some coffee and the initial coffee was 3/4 full, had them top it off and the woman at the front counter added more ice to top it off, ontop of the coffee not looking or tasting correct.

Food was fine, service very sad, even tipped, which I regret. Alot places now ask for a tip on the card reader before service is complete so I added 15%. This got me no eye contact, no thank you, and definitely no smile. Things you should receive even without a tip. I guess I will try Starbucks from now on. Get it together Farragut Dunkin, bad fail today.

It has gone downhill. Service is not very kind and the food quality is below par. Ordered an egg and cheese on a bagel and this was how they toasted it…burnt and inedible. The coffee has not been accurate more times than not, also. I’m sad and disappointed because they used to be great.

It used to be my favorite place, now they just serve dish watered down coffee for over $3 a cup. I’m done and never coming back! Scooters is down the street and at least it’s coffe.
