lady with the pink hair is not never joyful and is very rude when you add something to your order. I was just there with no one else behind me In the drive thru and she was very rude when I added something to my order. Don’t work at a coffee shop if you can’t be outgoing this isn’t the job for you.

I recently visited Starbucks and was quite disappointed with the experience. The quality of the coffee has noticeably declined; it tasted more like sugar water than actual coffee. Moreover, I could have gotten a much better brew for half the price at High Point Coffee just down the street. Additionally, my drink had an excessive amount of foam and barely any coffee itself. When I asked the baristas to adjust it, they seemed annoyed and unhelpful.
Overall, I was left feeling unsatisfied and will likely look elsewhere for my coffee in the future.

So, I made a mistake when making a mobile order, and was caught in a pickle because you are not able to make changes to mobile orders.
I quickly rushed here –Even though my mobile order was for drive-thru– and ran inside and told the employees I needed to make a change to my mobile order.
They told me that they were not able to make change to mobile orders, but they were friendly enough to refund the error that I made.
The customer service was pretty good, although if there was somewhat of a line to get through. (Maybe I just came in a busy time?)
Regardless, my drink was made well, and I was happy with the visit

Some lady freaking yelled at me and all of my friends in the drive through. Mind you she called it HER drive through. And then they take so long grabbing one simple drink, isn’t the drive through supposed to be faster?

I have come here every single morning for the last week and not once has my coffee been correct or food and they aren’t even busy. I really don’t want to complain but I hate spending so much money and my order isn’t even complicated. I ask for lite ice and one less pump in an already popular drink. Every day my drink is filled bottom to top with ice EVEN WHEN I ASK FOR LITE ICE. I have ordered this drink once a week for the last year and no other Starbucks messes it up.
