We ordered several different sandwiches and were disappointed with most of them. The Cousin K had an odd ingredient combination and the cheese made it overly salty. Grandma Gerry was another letdown, and the Spicy sandwich was bland. The only sandwich that was just okay was the meatball.
We also ordered a couple of pastries, one was forgotten, and the pastries themselves were average. Overall, the experience didn’t justify the higher price point. Very average food and inconsistent quality. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. The Italian food here is 100 percent authentic just like grandma used to make. I love their lasagna. The take home frozen meals are outstanding. I love this place definitely the best Italian deli around.

I could not eat my turkey sandwich. Soggy and a tons of sour dressing. Maybe it was desjon mustard. It was so bitter. I also ordered a Cucumber salad which was so soggy, you can tell the tomatoes were way passed what they should be. I threw my whole lunch away. Never eat there again. Grossed me out.

Racists! They refused to take my $100 bill becausr i am Hispanic. The cashier took it to the back and the manager refused it even though it passed the marker test. He claimed the bill was off. I went straight to the bank and it indeed is a real $100 bill. Racist! Racist! Racist!

I have a clean criminal record, but if Ivwere on death row my last meal would be a Claro’s sandwich. Not even ordered at the Deli, just one of the pre-made ones. My doctor told me it was very important I stop eating pork. I don’t care. Just thinking about it, I’m going to get one tomorrow.

I called ahead and ordered 3 sandwiches. The person who took my order was nice and helpful. However, I picked up the sandwiches and they were all wrong. I ordered an uncle kief, a custom sandwich and a cousin Kara. I dropped off the cousin Kara to the person who was going to eat it and never heard back, so hope it was accurate. The uncle kief had no roast beef and they added; They put ham in it. It was awful. I hate ham. The custom sandwich had the roast beef and the salami that was supposedto be in the uncle kief. My father can’t eat roast beef or salami or hot pepper cheese.
Two of the sandwiches went in the trash. What a waste. The order was easy.
I ended up buying $92 worth of things. I’m hoping the cookies and other things I bought are good.
So disappointed.
This was my first time trying them again. The last time, I ordered off google, because they offered online ordering. I got yelled at for not calling in my order. Why offer online ordering through your site if you are going to yell at people who use it. But… after messing up our sandwiches I don’t think my family will harass me to try them again. They are mad, too now.

Wow!!! All I can say is wow.. I loved this place. They have my olive salad from central groceries and it’s the only place that has it in stock.. i went on a mission to get this stuff.. and while I was there I was greeted by super nice lady at the deli.. I told her it was my first time and she said she can make me an Epic sandwich… she gave me a sample of all the deli cuts she used while I waited… everything was so fresh so delicious… as soon as I got to work I devoured my sandwich… it was way passed my expectations… I loved it so much I would make that drive any day of the week.. thank you so much Claros Italian market.. I will be back.. it basically took me 30 min each way.. my lunch is 1 hour… totally worth it..
