I only ordered that 5 after 5pm meal at about 7pm before driving 2hrs to work and it was the worse ever. Let me just say, if you are a cooker, you know when Cooked food is placed back into the grease. And that is exactly what they did. It was horrible! Even after I told them I would wait on fresh hot and ready chicken, they still sold me a box of GREASE. I do not recommend because that is not fair to my pockets, just wasting money, I still want a refund.

I see a high standard at all of the Bojangles I’ve been to. The food is hot , the atmosphere is clean and thats a nice change from so many other chains that have become barely tolerable. It’s pretty great!

We went through the drive through and was told to pull up because Bo rounds will not be ready for 5 minutes. After 15 minutes I went in and asked about my order. The worker said I wasn’t outside and they gave my order to another customer. So they remade my order which took another 10 minutes and the workers did not apologize or seemed to care. When my order was ready, the worker put my food on the counter and walked away without saying anything to me and forgetting to put the sauces in the bag.
Overall, this location is extremely slow, has no sense of urgency, mistake prone, and genuinely have an attitude that they do not care. I would avoid this location.

I paid for my order through the drive through window and was asked to drive over to the other side of the building and wait there. I found about 20 people waiting as well as about 20 people waiting on the inside. I asked for a refund before I order was ready and left. This was on Saturday Oct 25. No manager present, just teenagers standing looking lost

The crew on 9/28 was great. We sat inside and even with the drive thru wrapped around the building our food came out hot and fast. The lady at the front counter was very helpful with accommodating my indecisive child.

I’ve been a daily customer of Bojangles for 10+ years. I’ve enjoyed the friendly personal service provided by the morning crew. Prices have increased to the point that I can go across the street to McDonalds and save $10+ dollars a week. Now that some corporate genius has implemented “Bo-Linda” thereby making my visit totally impersonal and increasing a 15 second ordering process to pretty much a minute+ and requiring that I answer questions that had I wanted the additional items I would have ordered I just rarely visit there anymore. Pretty darn sad if you ask me.

Horrible, horrible chicken which was put back in the grease possibly twice. The worst chicken ever and the bo rounds were not fully cooked. I will never go to this location ever again. Do better especially for the sake of your customer’s health. I should have taken a picture before throwing it in the trash.

What has happened to Bojangles? Miost of their locations have gone to hell! This one included. I would avoid this place if possible. Terrible management on my visit. I had to come inside to get my drive through order after waiting nearly 10 minutes. Then waited another 5 minutes once I went inside to the counter. I noticed other customers waiting on line that were never greeted at all. They walked out.

Still waiting 15 minutes now 20 total. 10 others order all pull around to wait.Parking lot small tight sill waiting after watching many come and go. Wife goes in to see what’s up 15 minutes no food she gets our money refunded. 45 minutes of frustration. Never again. Worst place ever.

Live close by and every single time they have you pull around instead of getting your food at the window. There are no cars in line and it is a small order for 2. The second time they didn’t even bring the food out. I had to go in.
