Waited almost 2 hours for my delivery just for me to contact them just for them to say they delivered to another address when we both specified my address more than three times.
The manager wasn’t much of a help as well.
Would definitely recommend going to a different location if ordering delivery.

I ordered a pizza waited 20 min and went to go pick it up. When I got there the pizza was ready and I the warmer behind the cashier, but the cashier said that’s not my pizza. (I could see my name on the box.) I sat down. For 40 minutes waiting for my pizza that was done. After that time he walks to the pizza and call my name. At this point it is almost a hr old. I told the chashier what happened. She became annoyed and vary rude.

I’m currently at work and I order pizza for my mom who currently is sick at home I ordered pizza around 5 o’clock my mom called me at 8 informing me that the pizza never showed. I called the store and I was hung up on 5 times before I got a chance to actually speak to a manager. When I got into contact with the manager I informed her my situation and she said they returned it back to the store after no one answer but they didn’t even give me a call I asked her if there was any way they can send a pizza out and the soda I ordered and she said it’s a little late to send it out and I asked if she can just re cook the pizza then hung up I recalled the store and was informed that I was difficult. I ordered the large the family package worst decision I ever made. First I had asked for light sauce and it screamed like they put extra sauce at that was not even they right toppings I made sure with the supreme pizza to tell them no mushrooms guess what was on. It mushrooms and I’m very allergic to them. When I called the store about it I got attitude and was told it was not there issues it was mine. I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Doug, and the experience was shockingly poor. While I won’t delve into the specifics of my transaction, what struck me most was the way he treated his employees. It was clear there was a palpable sense of fear and discomfort among the staff. During my brief interaction, I witnessed Doug publicly reprimand one of his employees for a minor issue. The tone was condescending and unnecessarily harsh, creating an incredibly awkward atmosphere. It’s unsettling to see a business owner treat their staff with such blatant disrespect.As a customer, I value businesses that prioritize ethical treatment of their employees. Doug’s behavior not only made me uncomfortable but also made me question the values of his entire operation. We always have a hard time with this Blackjack location messing up our orders, missing things or giving us someone else’s food labeled with their personal information. Tonight they messed up again and didn’t add chicken to our pizza and salad as you can see in the picture. But on top of that the delivery driver, Elly, demanded we pay her 20% tip or not order food again. I was about to tip her cash until she did this. Trust me I won’t be ordering here again. It is hard to tip well with the bad attitude and service we get from this location.

Great service great food no complaints The delivery driver is always cool. The person taking an order always makes it simple and easy. Pizzas always warm when it gets here. A Probably could be it takes a little longer for delivery but it is a good pizza.
