Kalub was our cashier. It was real busy he was doing front cash and lobby all in increments. I was impressed by his professional attitude. The food was real good I got the Philly chicken. My grandson got the spicy chicken. Fries were great. I recommend zax sauce.

On Feb 28th 2026 my wife and stepdaughter went through Drive Thru. One of the Zax Surf and Turf was supposed to have lemon pepper dry rub and was seasoned with air and dreams. The Dr. Pepper we ordered had an Associates degree in Liberal Arts at best. Toast was darker than a mid 2000s emo album. And bless his soul but Christian was as accurate as a blindfolded stormtrooper

On my visit here in June 2024, I had good service and good food. My order was taken quickly and food was out in good time. I had asked for no seasoning on the fries, and they delivered just that. Even added some “extra” ones in a box with the meal. Dining room was clean, and plenty of space even for the 12:00 rush. This is next to the interstate interchange, so a lot of non-locals eating here.

This restaurant is a good example of why you should stay home and cook your own food! My food was burnt and one chicken strip looked like someone bit it! There is absolutely no consideration for quality at all! Will never be back again!

Waiting in the drive thru line entirely too long but stayed there anyway. They took my order and I finally got to the window. All I ordered was a chicken sandwich meal. After paying I waited more than 5 minutes before they told me to pull into a spot. Watched 4 cars get their food. I pulled back into line and got my money back. They did not care one bit. No explanation or anything. Will never go back.

Stopped by to get dinner after a basketball game and my order was taken. Literally only ordered chicken bacon ranch loaded fries. Got to the window to find only fries and a little ranch in the container. Upon taking it back to get my money back, I was told that the owner makes them do that and isn’t allowed to tell customers they are out of food. This is ridiculous and not a way to run a restaurant business. I asked for a refund and it still hasn’t posted back to my account.

My daughter used to date an employee here and we went in after they broke up I felt disrespected by the stares and looks given by what’s supposed to be the so called manager I felt like I had to stand up there and watch them make my food before I felt comfortable enough to go get my drink because of fear of them possibly doing something to my food. Hope I’m not overthinking but I’m not sure I’ll go back again.

I love Zaxby’s. It is a rare treat for me because they do not have them in Colorado. I love getting to have them in Utah or wherever I happen to see them. However I stopped at this location and the food did not remind me of Zaxby’s. I don’t know if it was dirty oil or what but I did not enjoy my food very much. I gave most of it to my dog. Although the staff seemed very nice I appreciated that. But I do wish I had picked somewhere else to stop for dinner.

If you are hunting for a chicken place to eat do not go here. Easy enough to get to from the road but that is about it. We had never been here before, so we took time to look around and see what the place was like and it was fairly clean in the dinning area. Bathrooms were modern but a little messy. Once at the counter I asked for chicken breast and was told they don’t serve breast but only chicken strips. I asked if they had a sandwich that had only white meat and they did. I ordered this as I was thinking it would be like Chick-Fila or KFC. When I got the sandwich, it was like a slider size, the bread was all crunched up and the piece of “breaded” chicken was about a 3″ diameter and looked like it had been under the warmer for hours. I took a bite and it was tough and chewy. My wife and I left and we will never be back ! The only thing good was one of the servers that showed up to work while we were ordering seemed to know what she was doing and eager to help, but we didn’t get that one to serve us 🙁

Wow, had some delicious food here. This place was hopping so it took a little bit to get my food but that was I understandable as the line practically on the highway. All of my food was hot and awesome. The salad is massive.
