Place is slow. Drive thru takes priority don’t order on kiosk they will forget about you. “Fast food” don’t take 45 minutes to get.

Best Burger King I have been to. I ordered the Big Fish Meal with Onion Rings. Everything was Fresh and Hot. The Employee’s were very friendly and curious and the restaurant was very clean and pleasant.

Anytime I’ve to this location it has taken forever for food to come out and it’s “okay” but half the time not fresh.
Today in particular I called 3 times before even getting there NO ANSWER. Drove 25 minutes and Arrived at exactly 5:08pm (on a Saturday) and came in with my kids so they can play in play while also eating and the worker said they were closing the play place cause they were “short staffed” btw there were 3-4 workers and there was only 1 other customer inside and the parking lot was pretty empty as well……
So we left with out buying anything cause honestly that’s bad business, like it’s a section of a play place that I’m watching my kids and btw the play place wasn’t even cleaned yet , they didn’t even start cleaning, no sign put up or anything. Like you aren’t watching my kids so there is no reason to close it just get back to making food so you won’t be so “busy and behind” by focusing on a section that can be cleaned closer to closing time like other locations do.
This location just continues to go down hill.
So yes thanks for not answering your phones multiple times, wasting gas to come there, then get my kids unloaded and then have to load them back up (screaming and crying cause they wanted to play) and now had to drive another 25 minutes to uniontown so they could go to McDonalds

Ordered my food and waited. And waited. And waited. Along with the man behind me.
I eventually told the guy waiting to have his order taken that he could just have mine, I wasn’t waiting any longer and walked out.
Didn’t DARE ask for a refund because who knows how much longer that would’ve taken.

This was the worst fast food establishment that I have ever been to. Manager was working front with 1 cook and a 16 year old cashier/ front counter. The wait for my order was over 40 minutes when I set timer and said I was leaving in 5 minutes. There was no ice and all drinks were warm. The manager neglected to tell customers this and caused 1 man to throw his cup down and demand a refund. The young girl working needed to ask customers for their receipts because orders were deleted from the order screen. The cook was vocally nasty to the younger worker. The manager just shook his head holding like he had a headache. When we finally got our order it was short 1 order of cheese tots. The girl said that the cook refused to drop another order of cheese tots. I asked for fries. 1 of the cheese wraps had mustard instead of the sauce that should have been on it.

I normally don’t even take the time to complain about much in life these days, but i am today! This has got to be hands down the most repulsive service of an establishment that I’ve ever seen in my life. Sign says now open from 6am to 11pm! Bolony!! They are NEVER open till 11 on any given day. This place is closed more than its open! Do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere it’s not worth the hassle here I promise u. They open and close whenever they feel like it.
UPDATE!! I just walked to the drive up window ( I’m in an 18 wheeler) and the young lady was extremely polite, and allowed me to place my order, which I’m very appreciative of. However they do close the lobby at 5pm and the drive thru at 9pm I found out. Thank you so much for allowing me to get my order, but in all fairness the sign needs to be changed
