do not go here.. & if you mobile order, I repeat DONT DO IT
I placed a mobile order and I showed up at the correct time of my place mobile order. I said my name and I even spelled it out for the girl at the speaker when I got up to the window she again asked me for the name and I again gave her the name and I again spelled it out and she still gave me the wrong order, which was also an almost $30 order.. I noticed as I was pulling out of the exit so I pulled right back in, went through the drive-through when I explained that she gave me the wrong bag. I went up to the window. She repeatedly told me to show her the name on my phone that I had for my order and I said I wouldn’t have turned around if you gave me the wrong order which was also two times more than what I ordered showed her my phone and spelled the name out… and again she just said show me the name on the bag and phone and she took the bag from me as i was going trying to read the name out to her and checked it and put it near the window AGAIN, then grabbed my CORRECT items but took the food back after it was already in my car, i touched it bc i went in the bag and saw it was A LOt more than i got so i picked it up, went through it, & it was so off from what i got except for a large fry and a mac n chz. JOEL, if u see this review i had your mobile order & they probably still gave it to u… then i realized, i don’t have my sauces (bc i put them in the wrong bag i got the first time) and i went back bc SAUCES MATTER LOL. and she wouldn’t even look at me, dropped them in my hand and shut the window… nicer ppl need to work customer service … made it out like it was my fault w ur attitude

On 1/31@14:45 We ordered the family pack which comes with a 9pc, biscuits and a side. We chose the large fries but they weren’t in the bag. We also ordered 2 snack wraps, which were also missing. I called the store (Glassboro) but no one answered. I called several times to get the issue rectified but was unable to contact anyone. I don’t know how a business can just ignore the phone. I do understand that the establishment may be busy but I tried calling for 30mins with no response.

The people were very nice but the place was not clean and the food was not very good. I got the 5 piece tender combo. They did not have any biscuits so they gave me an extra tender. The food did not have any real taste and I will not be back.

I ordered Blackened tenders through the app. When I arrived they said that the kitchen was closed and that they gave me Mild tenders instead(old and dried out looking). I ordered at 10:04pm. The place is supposed to be open until 11pm. I did not want Mild tenders. I eat low carb and regular tenders are not low carb. I asked for a refund and they said no. I tried to get a refund through the app and after 3 days they asked me to take a picture of the food. Why would I still have tenders that I wasn’t going to eat from 3 days ago? I attempted to remove the breading to eat them, but it was not working. They were so hard and dry that I didn’t even want to try to eat them. These were definitely tenders that had been sitting for a while. It’s safe to say that I will never give this Popeyes location my business again and probably won’t order with the app anymore. I’ve had issues at fast food places before, but they have always corrected their mistakes. Not Popeyes though.

Service non existent! Went to pick up a online order and no one would wait on me. One employee walked away after helping a man in front of me and another employee walked up to the counter then took a personal call on her cell phone and walked away from me. Both women walked by me a few times and nothing. Almost 10 mins. I tried to ask and told to wait. Filed a complaint and basically brushed me off and said sorry for inconvenience here is the 300 points back. What a joke.

Filled out the form a week ago and no response from them. Probably was the owner that was there that day.

Just used a coupon for the 2 can dinenGot the 2 sandwiches, the 2 drinks.But only one side when there should be two , we’ll technically four. They were not busy at all.I only live about 5 minutes away.I tried calling four times no one answers very poor customers , not to mention that my small fry was cold

Do not go to this establishment. It used to be good. I have been going to this location for over 5 years and I will never return. Assuming they have a new manager bc it never used to be this way. I ordered 12 ghost pepper wings l, large fry, and an order of butterfly shrimp. Every time I have gotten the shrimp previously I was told it would be a 5 minute wait because they drop them fresh which I’m fine with waiting for. This time I ordered and got my food within 3 minutes from ordering. I was excited bc it was faster than ever before. However the shrimp they gave me must have been sitting out all day under a heat lamp. They were hard as a rock and the first one I ate tasted rotten. I couldn’t finish the shrimp and lost my appetite to even touch the wing, which also looks dry. There is one thing that you always cook fresh and it’s seafood this is common sense. I got food poisoning from these “shrimp” and was throwing up and on the toilet till the next morning. This is unsanitary and unsafe. Do not go here they don’t cook food fresh anymore. Sad to see this place go down hill
