Not the best Asian food I’ve ever had, but certainly not the worst. Their orange chicken is really good. I’ve had the sesame shrimp & beef, the honey walnut shrimp, the black pepper steak, Beijing beef, teriyaki chicken & broccoli beef. All are just ok. I like that you can choose your side – like steamed rice, fried rice or chow mein. Prices are ok.

Went through the drive thru, the young lady was very friendly and professional. The food was fresh and had a great taste! It honestly did not taste like every other Panda. They actually gave us the sauces we asked for and more than enough.

I am extremely disappointed with how this restaurant handled a clear billing mistake.

I was overcharged on my bill. When I returned to address the issue, instead of acknowledging the error and issuing a refund, I was told that I could take food equal to the extra amount charged — but they would not refund my money. This is not an acceptable way to resolve a billing error. If a customer is overcharged, the correct and professional response is to refund the difference.

The employee who processed the transaction was fully aware of the situation. However, there was no apology, no urgency, and no accountability — only a dismissive smile.

When I escalated the matter to the manager, his response was even more concerning. He stated that they “cannot encourage employees to give the best service to customers.” Hearing this from a manager was shocking and reflects a serious issue in customer service standards.

After a lengthy discussion, I provided my full name, phone number, and bill details. I was assured that a higher-level manager would contact me to resolve the matter. That follow-up never happened. No call. No message. No attempt to correct the situation.

Mistakes can happen in any business. However, refusing a refund for an overcharge, dismissing customer concerns, and failing to follow up after promising to do so shows a clear lack of professionalism and accountability.

Customers should be cautious and carefully review their bills before paying.

Placed an order for pick up at noon to be picked up at 2pm. Got there and waited 15+minutes for my order after being told when I arrived they were just waiting on an entree. After enough time passed I asked how much longer it would take and they told me it was ready so I was sitting there waiting while it was done for who knows how long, I was on my lunch break and placed the order for pick up to save time. I was wrong. Start prioritizing pick up orders that were placed well ahead of time to be ready maybe?

Great food. As we often eat here, I can say that service is getting better. However, the restaurant cleanliness is still a struggle. Oftentimes, during my visits, I have to request a rag to clean the table before I can sit to eat.

probably like 15 people had to wait over an hour for their food. DO NOT BOTHER going in if it’s busy. they simply cannot handle or manage a rush. i know how it is i’ve worked in fast food and oh my that was awful.

Had a chance to enjoy some of my favorites. So it was well worth it to stop in and enjoy the restaurant. I really wish they wouldn’t overcook their egg rolls. I can’t buy them at all because they are so badly overdone.

Disappointed to see someone cooking while on their phone. Seemed more concerned with the phone call than taking care of the people who were waiting for the rice to be cooked. Most phones are not the most sanitary items so seeing them switch ears and handle food was gross.
