I ordered a loaded hash brown shown on the board in the restaurant and it was not full like the picture. I asked. Why so few? She said only nine round of hash. Then how about they take the real picture and PUT THAT on the board?! Rip off big time. The tables all over are dirty. I actually like dunking better than Starbucks. Unfortunately, not this place.

Staff are not only rude, but absolutely unknowledgeable while being rude. I wanted to try a new seasonal latte, the Candy Bar latte. The person taking the order asked what flavor I wanted and I said just the candy bar. She sighs, gets very annoyed and says there’s different flavors and lists them and says it only comes with a candy bar topping. Because she’s mad, I’m gaslit into believing I’m wrong about the flavor so order pumpkin. After getting the drink, in which there was sighing, no thank you or even acknowledgement, I go home to try the drink, look at the sticker and it turns out I was right. There is a candy bar flavor, which she added extra pumpkin flavor to, and now it’s so sweet it’s not drinkable. And to top it all off (pun intended), there was no candy bar topping! Would not recommend going here unless you want to be made to feel like an idiot when it’s the staff who don’t know what they’re doing all while being rude about it.

This has to be the most useless Dunkin Donuts out there. Went around 12:30. They only had 3 croissants, about a dozen of the plain no glazed donuts and two muffins. I asked if that’s all they had? and he said “yes”. I asked if they were planning on making more? He said “No ma’am”. They really believe in selling till they are sold out, which is kinda pointless for a franchise. They really dont make enough for demand.

The girls are nice and polite however they don’t seem to take direction well today is the 3rd time where I order my coffee, ask for it hot and I get it cold. Commuting from El Paso , it’s important for me to get to work at mountainview and it wastes time. I hope they remember to ask or clarify. I ordered a Dinka latte assuming it came hot .

I love Dunkin donuts. It’s only affordable and usually it’s very quick in regards to getting my order. Today on the other hand was not a good experience at all.
I placed a mobile order for a large matcha with less ice, as I work and sometimes I can take hours before I get to enjoy my drink. I purposely order it with less ice so that when I get to drink it it’s not watered down and gross.
I order my drink, I go in about 7:40 to pick it up, and it is filled with ice. I asked the employee if it is less ice just to double-check, and I am told “I promise you it’s less ice”.
I then leave, as I was informed it was less ice, and 5 minutes later the drink is gone. I looked at the side of the cup and it is filled completely to the ice line which makes me think that it was filled normally with ice in the employee that told me it was less ice was either misinformed or too busy to listen to my concerns.
I don’t know if in order to get my less ice I need to order in person, or if I need to start ordering it without ice and bring my own. It’s just really disappointing when you spend $5 for a large drink and you don’t even get the right amount of liquid.

Coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts is always good the Apple Fritter that my wife had was really small and tasted burnt. My maple donut was really dried out like is had been out all day. On the upside of things customer service was great. It is nice that they are actually staying open their posted hours now.
All in all it’s ok for what it is for a late night snack. We will return I’m sure soon but will try another option.

I went by on a Sunday morning today and they said that they are not accepting cash. I asked them why they said because they don’t have enough change. I told him that I had the exact amount and they said no and stop answering me on the intercom. Don’t waste your time coming to a business That does not accept money. They obviously, do not care about the business or making money.
