Its been a long time since we ordered here. JT’s was great, then kind of lowered their quality. We decided to try it again 3 years later. Burger and chicken sandwhich were good, but I ordered coleslaw instead of fries. What I got was less than a half a cup of coleslaw. I dont think this is a typicalal serving( atleast I hope not). For over $11 I would expect better.

I Ordered a southwest steak wrap online. It doesn’t tell you what it comes with so once you choose your item it gives you the options to choose sides what toppings you do and don’t want and so forth. I chose shoe string fries and then the next section the mashed potatoes and there was no charge by them so obviously to me this meal came with two sides. When I arrived there was only fries and the wrap, the server was a young lady who offered to fix it, she then told me, we don’t have that i don’t know why is on the website, would you like something different, I said sure. She goes over to a table by the kitchen where a male female combo were at the table clearly enjoying each others conversation far more than any desire to get up and speak. im not sure who was what management employee visitors as neither of them unassed their seats instead choosing to speak to me across the room. The female advised me this was a one side option, she’s not sure why the website is doing that but I wasnt charged for the second side so basically have a good day.
Now to the food, the amount of fries, fantastic. The limp lukewarm state of the fries meh.
The wrap… can we call it that, I guess we can if one puck of steak ums later in a massive tortilla that had 3x times more tortilla than meat qualifies then it was a wrap
The ranches 2 half filled 2 ounce portion cups… I’m not even gonna comment on that one
I really hate to leave without saying anything positive i guess I can say the fry seasoning and southwest sauce were phenomenal, and what ranch i did get super kudos on mixing that up its also delicious
So service one star, food one star seasoning 5 stars

Came on at 12:00 on a Monday and got seared right away. We both got burgers and the prep time was what a Chef would expect for a fresh cooked burger. Will have to try the chicken next visit. Burgers and fries left no room for dessert. Great service by Kathryn.

The food is always delicious here! We eat here often. We usually have parties of 6 to 8 people and the food and service is always great! My favorite is the grilled chicken sandwich and fried okra as a side. The new monthly specials are a great addition as well.

I placed a to go order for two 1/4 lb cheeseburgers, one order of onion rings, one order of fries and 2 sweet teas at 5:55 pm. I was told my order would be ready in 35 to 40 minutes. I arrived to pick up my order at 6:25 pm. When I arrived to pick up my (African American), I was in line and a Caucasian couple was behind me. The Caucasian woman at the host desk acted as if I was not standing there and greeted the Caucasian couple first. I asked do you not see me standing in line first? Her response was I’m sorry. My order was $34.55 and what I got was two burgers that look like they are for a kids meal. The food was cold. I will NEVER order food from this place again. THE FOOD WAS AWFUL AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS WORSE ☹️

i ordered a total of 4 meals. 3 adult meals and a kids meal. my wife got the 3 piece fish, which she thought was a bit over cooked. i got a bacon cheese burger with fries which to me the fries were a bit over seasoned. my niece and got some type of sandwich and her daughter got chicken nuggets. they brought my fries out first then my burger, then the lady brings out the other orders one by one. smh. i paid $70 for 3 adults and 1 kid. i’ll never give another penny to you JT’s! next time…..i’ll listen to my gut and go to “cookout”.

Running outta wings on superbowl Sunday?? Then telling your in house customers it’ll be an hour before you start on their order because your putting to go orders in front of us and on the busiest day of the year for a burger and wing joint and the owner isn’t even there ? And had to wait forever on appetizers and didn’t get all our appetizers and sitting waiting on refills a table of ten people then tell us we gotta pay ? complete BS and on a little girls birthday that she specifically asked for jts wings and burgers got busted down to zaxbys because you can’t get in any where else they absolutely dropped the ball absolutely terrible experience
