What an interesting place the only way I can describe it as if it were a food truck turned into a fixed location. There is zero room for seating which I’m not upset about. I like to get my food and go and my order only took about 10 minutes to make if that extremely quick very happy with that.
The food is the reason I will come back here!!!! The batter on the fish was not too thick not too thin. It wasn’t dripping with extra oil. The fries were super crispy. Just the right amount of golden brown. The other most amazing surprise is they put butter inside the roll I didn’t have to do that so by the time I actually got to eat my roll the butter was sufficiently melted. My only gripe is the coleslaw needs work.
Solid 4.5/5 STARS! Great work you all it’s always nice to find hidden gems like this

The food was good. Only issue i had was the fish sandwich. The steam from the fresh sandwich wrapped in paper made the sandwich fall apart, but you can just eat it with a fork. The staff wasn’t rude, but they weren’t friendly either. Just matter of fact, get the job done.

Nice little spot. Perfectly fried fish and French fries (and green beans, although I didn’t expect those to be fried. Super hot and fresh. Seasoning left something to be desired, though.

Some of the best fish and chips I’ve had. Steve’s special cocktail sauce is fantastic. I’ll definitely be back. Also, if you like local places with local history and character this is one you should visit.

Great tasting fish sandwich and coleslaw. Nothing fancy, just tasty, hot & fresh. There’s NO SEATING inside this tiny gem however they do have 2 picnic tables set up in the grass beside the building (or you can eat in the car). They have something on the menu for everyone. BTW – ate the fish so fast we forgot to take pictures!

I happened upon this wonderful restaurant. The menu has anything you could possible desire to eat. I got the fish chunks dinner,it was described as 5 peices of fish and fries. I received 5 peices of fish and fries and slaw, also was a dinner roll, cocktail and tarter sauce and Frank’s red hot packets. The food was amazingly delicious. Perfectly cooked and hot, was so good I look forward to comming to this town again. Rated from 1 to 10, I give them 100 on service,food and convenience. Good Job to the employees.

This food was absolutely delicious! I got the chicken and fish dinner, which came with fries, cole slaw and a roll, along with jalapeño poppers and Mac and cheese bites. All of it was just so good. They have definitely got my business for a good long time. I don’t live in this area, but whenever I’m down here, Steve’s is where I’m going to eat!
