I had the absolute worst experience this evening. The young kid working there sighed when I pulled up and rudely told me it would take 6 minutes to pull around. Then, when another car pulled up, he sighed again and said, “OMG, another one.” This was at 11 PM, and they close at 12, but it took a ridiculous 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich and onion rings. The food was ice cold. I have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant. They seriously need to get new employees who actually care about their customers. This kind of service is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed. Customers deserve better than this.

The chicken sandwich had hardly any meat in it. They replaced it with a fish for me. The fish was so oily and did not taste right. But got a star because they were willing to accommodate.

EVERY SINGLE TIME they get either my friends meal or mine wrong. i asked for no onions, and they gave me a bunch of onions. for the past 10 times we’ve gotten food, my friends food has had cheese even though she asks for no cheese. Burger king needs to do better

We went in and ordered, got our food. The food was ok BUT, the Flies were terrible. It was so disgusting. I went to the restroom and there had to be 50 flies just on the toilet. This picture doesn’t show them all but it’s the fact that a restaurant has so many flies. My girlfriend said that will be the last time we eat there and I agree.
