Ordered a Crunchwrap while on a roadtrip. A mile down the road I realize my food is burnt beyond edible. The employee had to have seen it burnt before putting it in the wrapping. Absolutely uncalled for. Very disappointing.

Traveling on 85 during Thanksgiving weekend and we took a break for lunch. Bad mistake. Service wasn’t great. Customers were upset and arguing with each other. I thought we were in the Twilight Zone. We ordered to eat in and they didn’t even have any paper plates for us to use for our family meal. We will never stop there again. We should have gone to the Cracker Barrel across the street.

Manager lady was less than enthusiastic to take my order, not communcative…. employees also equally smug. Food was not up to standard even for taco bell. While I am sure I understand ALL of the variables at play… I won’t be back for more.

drive-through lady have really bad attitude, staff don’t know what they’re doing. Store was not clean very sticky floor everywhere is Food even Kitchen is messed up. KFC and Taco Bell corporate people should know about all this mess

Rude service both times I went 🙁
I believe it was the manager? that would immediately be short with me and I can’t help but feel a little hurt by it. They had accidentally messed up my order so I pulled back into the drive thru and the rude employee said “you’re acting like I know what’s in your bag” when I told her I received the wrong food. When I continued to smile and be nice to her she changed her demeanor a bit. There was another employee that was very friendly to me, so thank you to him

Ok this place was discusting we came in tonight and i ordered it took a long time like 20 min for my food to be done and my quesadilla was burnt and my nacho fries were cold and soggy and they put some special seasoning on that it was like spicy peppers and plus the tables was dirty and the Baja blast was lime green 1/10 but I would say a zero would highly not recommend and everybody else was there too my whole gang and yea it took a long time everybody’s food was burnt I would never go there if you wanted to don’t go trust me! And they ran out of food and the place was disgusting and dirty so bad I can’t explain and one worker kept staring at my friend weirdly and my food was cold and there was a cockroach dead outside and the quesadilla was burnt and I asked for chicken and it had grilled chicken in it

Made a simple order, took 40 mins to get it.
They Had to ask for the receipt and were arguing loudly that they gave it to someone in the drive thru. I waited and didn’t rush em. Gave me my order with attitude like I’m the one who did something wrong. Really goofy stuff.
