The drinks are overpriced. I’ve been there approximately ten times and I would say eight out of those ten times they very noticeably made my drink wrong.

I just went through here for the first time and the woman who took my order was so helpful, attentive and kind. She suggested a sale which I declined. I asked for her opinion on my drink being too bitter and she suggested something else that ended up being delicious! 10/10 customer service and drink. I’ll definitely be back!

First off, I drink quite a bit of coffee, I am not picky nor am I a chronic complainer and I have never left someone a bad review.
I went to Scooters today as a stop off on a very long drive home. I ordered a SF vanilla crème cold brew with almond milk. It was so strong and bitter that I couldn’t drink it. I asked if they could add some more milk and they hesitantly did. It was still terrible. I then asked if the could just start over and put more milk and maybe make it not SF (thinking that was some of the problem). The girl at the window was nice but acted like it was a problem and looked at the person in the back. I told her that I would pay for it (I didn’t really think I would be charged) so she relayed that message so another drink was made. To my disbelief, I was actually charged for another drink. I paid and left but this one was also so strong and bitter that I couldn’t drink it either so basically I paid $6 each for two drinks that I couldn’t drink. I understand that this is probably your recipe but I feel like if a customer doesn’t like something, it should be replaced at no cost and made until they like it.

I don’t come very often unless I’m working but the two ladies that are there early in the morning have always been so sweet and welcoming. I have worked in customer service so I know it can be difficult especially when it’s early. Thank ya’ll for always being kind and patient.

Sent my husband in to get me a Vanilla Latte this morning and he got himself a blended Oreo coffee.
They clearly left the espresso out of my latte and put way too much vanilla syrup! I don’t drink sugar bombs!! I’ve never had a latte taste like overly sweetened warm milk.

First time here and it will be the last. My hubby and I stopped at scooters to get a coffee both ordered the iced turtle drink. The large drink come with 3 shots I asked for one less and my hubby asked for an extra shot. We were the only ones in line. We ordered and drove right up to the window, in that short time our drinks were ready and being handed to us. Yes, fast service is great. The problem wasn’t how fast it was is was that there was no way that they made it to order. Everything had to be pre-made. My coffee tasted exactly the same as my husband’s. His should have been twice as strong. As they handed it to us she said here is the 2 shots and here is the 4. The tasted was fine just don’t go thinking you can have it a special way. I can go to other places

Due to a power outage, I chose Scooters to get my morning coffee. There were only two working because of the outage but they did a fine job. They were friendly and efficient. My coffee and blueberry muffin were excellent. Give them a try! You’ll be pleased!
