I did an uber eats order with this Burger King all I got was a chicken sandwich with two big blocks of lettuce, I ordered Onion Rings and got mostly fries, they forgot my drink and the cookies are stale. Horrible service.

The food and service were excellent. The atmosphere received a 4 out of 5 because of the size. As a big person, the 2 tight benches are a tight fit.

Recently, l went to this Burger King. My blood sugar was low, so I used a coupon for $5.99 to get a couple of croissants with sausage. The cashier, who was swinging between the walk-ins and the drive through, was flustered. She said that l could ONLY get orange juice or coffee. I don’t like coffee and because I’m a diabetic l didn’t want juice. I had to “settle” for the juice. What l REALLY wanted was H2O. At other Burger Kings, l can get water. Not at this one. Good thing that the croissants were good. I won’t say that I won’t come back, but l sure am hoping for better customer service when I do.

I a Whopper meal with cheese and bacon. Got to my car pulled out the burger. It was a bacon junior burger. Took it back in and they gave me the correct burger and subtracted my French fries. Didn’t notice until I got home. Such a simple order….

Each time I visit this location I go through the “drive thru”. Everytime my order is taken the young girl has an attitude now I’m sure it’s not the same young girl each time which means there all rude. I’m never given anything hot my food is usually cold and fries taste like yesterday’s snack . I’m always waiting in the parking lot for one of them to bring my food out and I don’t order heavy ♀️. Half the time I have to walk back in for them to fix my order. They lie about who the manager is and continue to say we don’t have a corporate number….welp today we’ll see if corporate sees this….. no one at the window and having to give me food back after it not being right AGAIN! Then I’m pulling off they tell the customer’s behind me don’t pull forward to the window yet just stay there OMG

I never Write reviews but this is literally the absolute worst “fast” food places in the history of fast food restaurants. I went This morning at 7:13. There was NOBODY else in the drive thru line. I waited At the speaker for 9 minutes. No “one moment please” no “please hold” nothiiiing. I said Hello. I said Excuse me. I vlew Nothing. Eventually I pulled Up. Nobody there. So I waited because heck…. Maybe the ONE person on duty took a restroom break. 3 minutes later. NOTHING. I blew the horn nothing. Now I’m like is the person working in danger?? Unconscious?? Cause that’s the only logical explanation. I pull Up to get a better look in the restaurant. This lady is standing back there talking and laughing. I can’t deal. Never again.
