Service was pretty slow… Okay really slow. The plate presentations were beautiful. Like surprisingly gorgeous food, but with some very odd choices. The Philly cheese steak had shredded lettuce and tomatoes, but no sauteed onions. The quesadilla had American cheese and no jalapenos. The burgers are good. Not “knock your socks off” but good. Great place as a watering hole; decidedly ‘meh’ for food.

We stop in here every time we are in Powhatan. The wings and Philly Cheese are out of this world. The wings are moist and meaty while the Sub is packed with meat and by far the best I had in Virginia hands down! The owner comes over to speak to you and make sure your satisfied. Highly recommend stopping by!

This is a great place to go with the family. As far as bars go, this place has a minimal selection of liquor(~8 bottles). They have a few beers on tap, but that doesn’t do much for you when the bartender is often not even tending the bar. Every time I have been here, it takes around 10 minutes to get a drink. It’s never very busy, so the time it takes to get noticed by the bartender and get a drink is a little ridiculous when Buffalo Wild Wings or even Sedona tap house are right down the street. Customer service was very poor and the wait times were ridiculous.

Love the food at this place but will never order again from here. They forgot an item on our delivery order (which is no big deal, we understand stuff happens) and we called and got hung up on 3 times while trying to get the situation resolved. We continued to call and no one answered our calls. Finally got someone on the phone named “Rosa” who was the “manager” and she was SUPER RUDE and unapologetic about the situation. Save your money! Eat at a restaurant that cares about their customers!!

Server was very friendly and professional, had challenges due to being short staffed. Food was ok at best. It took some time to be served initially and then took about 40 minutes to get our food. Place could also use a fresh cleaning. The place was less than half full.

Was here once before and it was good. Came back tonight, a Thursday, with maybe 10 other people here and waited 40 minutes for food. Then, the fajita was so burnt due to an over-heated skillet that half the veggies were black and burnt. Son’s burger came more than 5 minutes after my burnt fajita. He then asked for ketchup and I ended up going to get it for him.

Seems like Everytime we go there is something spoiled! This time it was salsa! The last 2 times were ketchup and blue cheese dressing. Salsa was replaced and it was great but to late.
When the blue cheese and ketchup was bad, no fix was offered. They didn’t offer to replace the salad or the onion rings! We used to love this place. I’m not sure what happened. Tonight was our first visit in almost a year ( because of the blue cheese and ketchup) and still got something spoiled! One person working the bar and tables! The waiter wasn’t bad but he just had to much to handle. I can’t imagine what would make us go back. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
