The associates greeted me with warm smiles and welcomed me in. I ordered the regular hamburger, and was honestly impressed. The bun had been steamed, so it was warm and soft. The meat patty was thicker than other McDonald’s I’ve been to, and tasted like it had just been grilled. Perfect amount of condiments made it just delicious. I’m new to Orting and you can be sure I’ll be back.

Well its a McDonald’s. Ignore you if you are waiting at the counter. Trying to get you to use the kiosk. But why would I wanna do that? Is the food cheaper when I use one as no one on the clock took my order? I think not. So you can help me. I’ll get a app with a desk singer bell and stand there and ring it until someone comes!

Last week two bacon qtr pounders they left of the bacon; forgot the sauce for the chicken nuggets. Today ordered a double patty fishwich, git home it only had one patty. How hard can it be to actually fill an order correctly. This is the worst McDonald’s!

I paid for my food expecting to dine inside, only to be told that the lobby was “closed for kids” because they supposedly can’t behave. That was insulting and completely uncalled for. We did nothing wrong, weren’t loud, and weren’t causing any problems at all.
If the lobby is closed, that should be clearly stated before taking people’s money-not blamed on kids who haven’t done anything. Being treated like this after paying is frustrating and unacceptable. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

Always a great experience here. Short drive thru times and when we do have to wait, it’s never long. Food is always good and staff is always friendly. Parking lot and drive thru area is always clean and well maintained.

Every single time we come here our order is wrong. And on top of that we litterly wait for over 5 plus minutes just to get food that wasn’t prepared the way we had asked. Is is simply that hard to read an order and double check as your making the order ? I to work in the food industry and always get my orders right.. so frustrating.

They are efficient and clean. Never had an issue with missing food, bad food or rudeness from anyone. I love our little towns store.
