Ordered a half and half pizza and everything was plopped in the middle and cooked onto the entire pizza. We will not be ordering from this location ever again.

I normally do not post reviews. But I have ordered from this place. Four times now, and they have messed up my order every single time. Once I received the garlic parmesan wings instead of the buffalo I ordered. I do not like garlic parmesan. Every other time has been simple mistakes. When I order buffalo wings, I always ask for blue cheese dressing instead of ranch. And every single time they send me ranch. I like to dip my wings, but I cannot stand ranch dressing. I don’t see why it’s so difficult to get this correct. i get the same thing every time I order, a calzone and buffalo wings with a side of blue cheese. I do have to admit the calzone is always very good. But the wings are just a waste without the blue cheese dressing. I usually just end up giving them to my employees. Just frustrating as I would like to eat what I actually pay for

The building is full of roaches, multiple have been spotted in this building recently, mess ups occur too regularly and the owners personally make sure your experience with Marco’s is terrible. Would never do business with this specific location ever again

Amazing pizza, probably the best I’ve had a while. Fluffy crust, and pizzas always taste fresh. They always have amazing deals going on as well which just makes the experience overall better. Staff are very kind as well, and the place is very tidy. Will come back again!

I tried the Deluxe pizza. The toppings seemed good but the pie had problems. The crust has no “body” so it was not possible to hold a slice without wearing it. No 2 slices were the same size- some 1 1/2″ wide, some 5″! NONE of the slices were cut all the way through the crust. I would expect them to be taking extra care to get things right since they just opened.

Was told I had a credit cuz a DoorDash driver basically held my food hostage for a good 20 minutes after he arrived, going back and forth between DoorDash and Marcos, only to call back today and be told I have no such credit. I didn’t even order through DoorDash, but it is what it is, won’t be ordering here anymore if they can’t keep their word

There are several Marcos Pizza shops in Jacksonville and more are opening in the surrounding counties on a regular basis. What makes this store the place to go are the owners and the staff. They directly are invested in the quality of their food and their service. They regularly have repeat employees, which speaks to their longevity. The employees at my office consistently ask me to get lunch from this shop. They have competitive lunch deals that can be easily ordered online or on their mobile app. I ordered 10 pizzas for a retirement party and the food was fresh, hot, and ready to go at the time we agreed on. They are an excellent choice whether you just need one or two pies, or a party.

Food is good but delivery is garbage. They use Door Dash and the pizza arrives cold. Plus, after you put all the delivery instructions in their website, they tell you to communicate the same information to Door Dash. Why can’t they give them that information? Sounds like a broken system to me. It’s just nonsense, especially after you pay Marco’s a delivery fee for the “service”.
