I visited this store yesterday evening. The vibe and the Halloween decoration made everything seem so cozy and inviting, I really enjoyed it while I waited for my pizza. I noticed two young workers who were super friendly, as they even welcomed me in the moment I stepped into the store. The one with purple hair and glasses helped me order, she had such an amazing vibe. I ordered a thin deluxe and it was delicious. I don’t enjoy pizza as much but Marco’s changed that for me. Hopefully I come again soon!

I absolutely love their pizza. All the magnifico pizzas are excellent! However, my last order was less than satisfactory. There was so much grease in the box that it ran out onto my car seat and left a giant puddle. I had to stop and purchase some paper towels to clean up.

Ate there for the first time and got a small pepperoni pizza. Kitchen looked clean. Pizza tasted like the pizza I’d get every Wednesday in grade school, not that good. Sloppy on the toppings. Overall it’s subpar pizza and not worth the price. Staff could also have been a little more friendly.

I hate that I actually have to write this review because we are huge fans of Marcos pizza. The Fontana location to be exact. We usually order the exact same order from Marcos pizza (Pepperoni magnifico, and cheese bread) tonight I placed an order for just cheese bread, and the cheese is well over cooked, and the sides of the cheesy bread is crunchy. Definitely not what we are use to from this restaurant. I called the restaurant to discuss this problem with the manager, and even offered to submit photos via email to show proof. However the manager never even suggested a remake for the item. I don’t want my money back it’s just $8 bucks. What I want is for my order to be perfect each time just like the previous times we have ordered.

Had called in on Christmas Eve almost 40 minutes before closing and said they said they weren’t accepting orders while completely disregarding their “open on Christmas Eve” sign. Which in that case why not just close at early and not at the designated time that it was labeled at? Then I had came in 20 minutes before closing to just make an order in person and staff was just making phone calls or on their phone telling me to leave and honestly just doesn’t seem like proper customer service etiquette
