I been in different Red Lobsters, but the location at Rt 22, was a great experience, the server (Ben) was an amazing person very friendly and welcoming, we got the food as fast as we requested was very fresh and had a lot of flavor.
The only thing that was very worm as the heat was blowing.
But difntly will go back. And highly recommend .

Foods we ordered all good especially the salmon fish. Their fresh baked biscuits was good. Nice and kind workers every 5 mins will come ask are you good? to make us comfortable. Worth to spend for good food.

This place is badddd!! Yes worse than the South Plainfield location. The restaurant needs more than some tlc. Red lobster you should be ashamed!! Please hire a cleaning service after hours because this is not ok. I was given a gift card after my experience in South Plainfield so I went to a different location. The service was ok but the ambience is missing. Who can eat here and be comfortable??

Although my mother sent back her food while we were here, it is a pretty nice clean establishment. My only issue is there was no one really here to greet us. We waited for a few minutes for a hostess, someone to walk up to us however no one came. I started to walk around to look for someone to seat us and that’s when the waitress came over and said she was the only one here for right now and finally seated us when she was done with a table.
As far as the waitress, she was very nice; she made our experience very enjoyable and she is the reason why I gave it 4 stars. She was a pleasure to deal with! Her name is Rose! She was by far one of the nicest most courteous waitresses I have encountered at any establishments!

Came here for lobster fest and it did not disappoint. The Maine lobster was well prepared and not over seasoned. The sides of shrimp and veggies was also very good.
Only reason it’s not a 5 star was due to slow service. Upon arriving with a reservation from open table we waited nearly 20 minutes to be seated. Once seated waited another 10 minutes to be attended.

Wish they have some spicy flavors in the fried food section, like some Cajun powder for shrimp because everything tasted bland.

Quick dinner date for valentines day. Loved the food. Definitely a place that you need to get to early or else you will be waiting for a while.

Every time I come, only 3-4 tables in the WHOLE ENTIRE , yet lacking in service, kitchen presentation for food, and over all not worth the visit.
Examples: came with a kid, had to ask for a kid menu. Server gave kida kid cup first drink, but refill was a full adult glass cup?
Ordered a draft beer, 3rd time back I’ll take what ever they actually have in stock, guess coors light & Miller light are to much to carry?
Asked for one plate split, only brought out one extra plate not 2. (( They can divide it in back, there is a button to make it come out on 2 plates))
No manager seen in the hour & 1/2 .

when we left there was only four tables in the restaurant counting one that was ready to order. Yet with the service described, there was three workers sitting in the bar area rolling silverware… Not helping set address near us, or serve People waiting
