So I went through the drive thru. Got a number one and this young woman at the window was rude because I asked did she get cheese also because she was over talking me when I was ordering. She gets an attitude and states that we always put cheese in the sandwich unless you state otherwise. She was rude and act like she didn’t want to work the window. Normally she has good energy when you come through but idk what was her problem today but honey. That was not it. People need to learn respect and how to use their customer service skills. To top it all off, my burger had pink in the middle. I’m over this location.

Whoever is managing this location is not doing their job!! We came in to eat at 9:30. They made it clear they closed at 10:00 dining room.
They acted like they didn’t want to serve us. They had all the trash cans out replacing the bags. They had a drove of their friends in there. Laughing loud, cutting up acting like hoodlums. They should wait until 10pm to start closing the dining room. I am furious to be treated so disrespectful

I got a honey buddy biscuit this morning and the biscuit was as hard as a rock. I tried calling them three times during the day to let them know so they can replace it another time and I cannot get anyone to answer the phone! Insane. So make sure when to order a fresh biscuit when ordering here

Foods good. I went at 12:20 and the website said the Wendy’s was open and the drive lights were on. We waited in line behind another car waiting to order. A guy came out and said they were closed which I don’t know if he was lying or if the website was wrong.

Definitely a hit or miss experience at this Wendy’s. Sometimes service is fast and friendly, sometimes it’s slow and silent. Like, walking up to the register to order and the person just stares at you, no “may I help you”, “can I take your order?”, not even a “Welcome to Wendy’s”. This particular visit, they were friendly but service was slow. So slow. My food did eventually come out correct.

Love this place. Only time I ever had a problem over the years was years ago they served me half cooked raw chicken sandwhich. I bit into it and spit it out and took it back. Since then I haven’t had any issues.

Orded tea i.was giving my cup walked over got my tea and a straw Took first sip and some thick brown clot looking stuff came out of my straw.I spit it out on a napkin.and showed the MG..she took the tea urinal down..but only one And I got half sweet and unswet.. Gross… Frosty machine down….what happened Wendy’s? The you used to be really good…
