Worst subway i have been in. The 2 girls working didn’t have a clue how to properly make a sandwich. Then you want to charge for a bag to put it in. I guess that’s the managers idea so I can understand why the help doesn’t have a clue!! Glad I don’t live around here because I eat subway alot!

We order and then we go pick up our food. The young lady was sitting and messing with her phone the last time. Today I ordered from there again and one of the subs was drenched in mvp parm sauce and half of it was really soggy. They don’t label which one is which.

We had a pretty simple order but they left the tomatoes off our BLTs and didn’t toast any of our sandwiches. The only special instructions were to cut the sandwiches in thirds but they only did that with half of them. Our order arrived on time though

I am a truck drivers wife. We ran out of hours and I just wanted to buy a little bit of lettuce for dinner. The lady said she can’t do that. I am very disappointed that I couldn’t even buy something I wanted. Subway would have made money on the sale. I have done this before and they had no problem. You could have charged me $5 and I would have paid it! Disappointed!

After my wife asked for bacon on her club. She was told “bacon doesn’t belong on a club” by the “manager”. He wasn’t the one that was going to eat the sandwich so what does it matter if there is bacon on it or not. Then after the confrontation and she had paid for the sandwich, he told her not to come back. Now that the way to do business!!!! RIGHT

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUBWAY!! NOT ONE EMPLOYEE WAS MASKED!!!Traveling from Colorado to Wisconsin and We ordered three subs. Two on 9-grain and one on Italian. They all came on 9-grain. My daughter will not eat grain bread. I called the subway and the employee remembered making our subs on grain bread as they were not busy and it was in rural area. I asked for a credit so we could order the correct sub at a shop On our route. She told me we’d have to come back. That Would have cost us 45-60 minutes of time and gas as the exits were spaced far apart so was not an option for us. To add that kind if time to an already long trip! So now we’ve lost $8.29, wasted food and my daughter is hungry. When I called the employee did not apologize and seemed annoyed by my complaint. Super disappointed and we will be even more upset if we contract COVID from your employees.

Went in at 9 clearly says in the online website they close at 10 was standing there and they had already put everything away the girl just looked at me and said uhh we’re closed already I looked at my phone and told her but don’t you guys close at 10 she said yea we do but today we’re closing early. Clearly they do whatever they want because it’s not the first time I’ve gone and been treated like they are in a hurry to close and leave.

One of the ladies is just so dam rude. Like she was in a hurry to finish and go to the back again to sit down. Ended leaving without the salad. Preferred not eating then putting up with her attitude.
