Our first visit to Mai Thai… super cute ambience. Yummy thai iced tea, Shirley temple. Spring rills were flavorful and tasty. Drunken noodles , great flavor – chicken was not as fresh as I am used to, basil veggies were good. Our server was SUPER NICE. We enjoyed our visit.

I had my most disappointing experience at this restaurant. We ordered a noodle with shrimp and pad thai with beef.
The first bite of the shrimp immediately made both of us feel nauseous. It tasted extremely undercooked, almost raw, and had no flavor at all. We even asked the server to taste it, and he tasted a bite and claimed there was nothing wrong with it. The beef was the same, it tasted like expired meat.
The server explained that it was just a seasoning issue and that sesame oil had been added. However, I have eaten a large amount of Thai food and am very familiar with Thai flavors. This was absolutely not a normal Thai seasoning issue.
The service attitude was also extremely poor. We weren’t even given water until we ordered the food and asked for it. The waiter still took another 5 minutes to serve water and the hot Thai tea that we ordered together. The hot Thai tea was served without milk. When we asked why there was no milk, the server’s first response was to tell us to order another iced Thai tea instead. Only after we insisted multiple times, they finally gave us a cup of milk.
Overall, the food quality and service were both unacceptable. I would not recommend this place.

I have ordered milk teas to go a couple times from this place and decided that I should try the food and it did not disappoint. The portions and prices are so great. They have a big menu and pictures to help you pick. The food came out so fast and the waitress was so friendly. I got another milk tea and was very satisfied.

My initial and only visit to Mai Thai Restaurant was pleasant. Service was pretty good. Their menu is pretty extensive in dishes they offer along with their drinks menu. Prices are affordable. Their plating presentation is very appealing to the eye when served-only thing “catchy” to me. Pallet wise for me, it was “classic” as I chose common dishes I’d typically have upon trying a new place for the first time. Nothing stuck out/wowed me in uniqueness taste wise that I’d want to visit often.

We’ve been going to this place for a decade now. I am updating review as it’s under new management now & it didn’t disappoint us. Food is delicious. Good vegetarian options and the lady taking order took time & asked if we had any food allergy. We had appetizers and for main course we ordered Penang curry and pad thai noodles. Quality, quantity and taste of the food-all these were great. Service was fast. Good, very hard working people!

I love this place. It is my favorite Thai restaurant of all time. I have never liked crab Rangoon EVER. I get it every single time I’m here. I get that and the drunken noodle but be warned: their spicy is EXTREMELY spicy! So go easy the first time.

We were blown away by the quantity of rice served at Mai Thai. It was enough to feed a small army! And the pineapple curry – oh my goodness, the flavors were simply divine! The perfect blend of sweet and savory. And let’s not forget the spring rolls appetizer – crispy on the outside and filled with deliciousness on the inside. The quantity was just right, leaving me wanting more, but not feeling too stuffed. Overall, the food at Mai Thai was an absolute winner in my book! ️

I have been seeing this restaurant on my fb and I have been wanting to eat thai food good thing we are near the area this morning so we decided to have lunch here and they didn’t disappoint.
While waiting for our order they gave us lemon water. I told my husband that they can just give us a plain water but they decided to put lemon in it. I appreciate that.
I love everything that we ordered. No doubt why they are top rated. They are very attentive and polite. And I like the vibe of the place. We will come back next time to try other dishes.
