My partner and I visited Early bird Sunday around Noon. No reservations just walk in & there were people waiting outside so we could tell they were BUSY. We ended up sitting at the bar to skip the wait time and were taken care of by Keisha. Spectacular service, she gave us shots on the house for our long wait time of food. I feel like we waited 30-40 mins. However, service & food made up for it! We got the breakfast fried rice, cinnamon roll pancakes, and the steak & potatoes skillet. 10/10!! She was super personable & we enjoyed having her as our bartender! It was my first time here at early birds and my partners 3rd time. I would def comeback and recommend this restaurant for anyone visiting Vegas !!

The staff were very nice and attentive to us and our children. I was pleasantly surprised by the service and the delicious brunch.
The only small comment I have is about the cappuccino — it had a bit too much milk, but our waitress kindly fixed it by adding an extra shot of espresso, and everything was perfect.
Our kids were very happy because they loved the pancakes — they were delicious.

One of our favorite breakfast spots. Early birds never disappoints and the food hits every single time. My hubby and I like to try something new each time and everything has been amazing. Our favorites are the smoked salmon Benedict and any of their pancakes (especially the lemon poppy) The workers here are so friendly, we had Akisha today and she was so sweet and had such a friendly personality.
The environment inside is so nice. Overall, I would give this place a 10/10 and definitely is a must try if you’ve never been before.

This breakfast spot was highly recommended by a good friend of mine, so I was really excited to try it out. As we’re walking inside, I noticed the restaurant had a very eclectic, yet modern flair that’s quite cozy and inviting. We didn’t have to wait too long to be seated, maybe 10-15 minutes max. Our server greeted us immediately, but we did have to wait quite a while for our food and drinks to arrive.

I ordered a caramel coffee with The Cowboy Skillet and the coffee was absolutely delicious. It came out so beautifully and it was my favorite part of the meal. The Cowboy Skillet tasted good but it was a tad bit on the drier side, so ordering my eggs over medium actually helped with that. My husband got the I’m Basic Benny which was okay, but the hollandaise needed more flavor and the potatoes were a bit overcooked. Between the cool vibes and the yummy drinks, this was an overall decent dining experience.

I had a wonderful experience here. I was not expecting the diverse menu when I arrived but it wasn’t just your usual breakfast fair. I asked to be seated outside and they made a spot for me, it was a beautiful day and we have very few of those. My server was wonderful, I wish I would have reviewed earlier so I could drop her name, I believe Ali. She paid attention to my progress, listened to my requests, all smiles and even had a great conversation with her. The atmosphere of this place is really unique, birds and clocks, but it’s so classy and pretty you forget you’re in a desert. The food was fantastic and it was hard to make a choice as to what I wanted. Overall the quality was wonderful and hit just right. I’m definitely coming back and I suggest if you find yourself on Blue Diamond and see this place, that you stop by.

OMG I’ve been to this place. Many many many times and I finally got to film it for my Sunday spot on TikTok. Their smashed homestyle potatoes are simply the best. Their pancakes were sweet and barely even needed any syrup -in a good way -and super fluffy. The service was so nice and everybody was so happy. Great vibes for a Sunday brunch

We came to Early Birds for a quick breakfast before heading home to LA. I checked in on the website and added our name to the list so that when we arrived 20 mins later there was no wait for our table. Sheila was our server and was kind and patient enough to suggest a few favorites of the house. After deliberating for a few minutes, we decided on the griddle griddle sandwich and Irishman skillet. I noticed the September biscuits and gravy special and definitely had to try that. After waiting maybe 25 or so minutes (it was pretty packed at 11:30am), our meals arrived. The griddle griddle sandwich was an adult version of a McGriddle, full of flavor and deliciously fresh ingredients. The Irishman skillet was the perfect choice, between the bacon fat smashed potatoes that lined the skillet to the wonderfully crispy corned beef hash, I’m so thankful I chose this plate. The biscuits and gravy were the cherry on top. I’m surprised these aren’t on the regular menu because the biscuits were clearly freshly made, perfectly golden and moist and fluffy. Flaky and scrumptious. I would have been super disappointed had I not tried these wonderful biscuits and gravy. Overall it was such a wonderful stop. I’m still full several hours later and wish I had this wonderful breakfast spot near us in LA. They’d be just as busy on the west side. Sheila was amazing as was the service and the staff. Thank you everyone for making us feel at home.

We can’t stop bragging about their pancakes! Super fluffy and somehow amazingly moist. Very delicious and addictive.
The salmon lox is very good as well, comes with cream cheese, salad, and everything bagel.
The only thing not that impressive is their skillet. The cowboy ground beef is a bit dry and not very flavorful.
It’s a beautiful brunch spot with open bar. Their matcha and latte are around $9-11, and cocktails are $14-15. Very beautiful presentation.
We will definitely come back for more (other) flavors of pancakes.
Make sure you utilize their waitlist on their website, on a Saturday brunch, we didn’t have to wait.

What a cool breakfast/ brunch spot. Thought we’d try a new place and some glad that we did! The food and drinks were so good! It was hard to choose because the whole menu looked delicious. Our server was so sweet and attentive. Loved the Old Skool cartoons playing in the background. We’ll be back to try a few more things!

We had a wonderful experience from the time we walked in until we left. The staff was friendly and attentive and the food was amazing. It felt like your traditional breakfast foods with a twist of creativity and flavor. The atmosphere was welcoming, modern, clean and kid friendly. This is our new breakfast spot when we are in town. Thank you Chanelle, Angie, Jackie, Dom and Tristan for such a wonderful experience. Customer service is a top priority for me and you all nailed it!

Food recommendations:

The Traditional Breakfast- delicious and flavorful. The smashed potatoes were AMAZING and a must try.

The Tree Hugger Skillet- great flavors! The sweet potatoes really add great flavor to this dish.

Churro waffle- tastes just like a churro. No syrup needed. The texture here was spot on!

Choco chip pancakes- the pancakes are fluffy and delicious! They are sweet, but not too sweet. My son doesnt usually eat a lot but devoured these pancakes.

Iced Pumpkin Chai Tea Latte- delicious!! Definitely worth trying!
