This place is as dirty as the employees. I saw one the employees wipe his nose on the back of his hand and then proceeded to pack fries. We waited over 15 minutes to receive our order which was a very small order to have hair in one the orders of fries. Professionalism and Hygiene needs to be mandatory at this location.

I went through the drive through and ordered two chicken wraps, a double cheeseburger, and a medium Coke. When I parked in the parking lot and started eating I realized the double cheeseburger was actually a single, and it was cold. The cheese was not melted at all and the whole sandwich tasted like it had been sitting for a while.
One chicken wrap was only a little warm and the other one was completely cold. The food quality was just not good.
On top of that, the cashier at the drive through was rude and seemed like she did not want to be there. The overall experience felt unprofessional and disappointing. Between the wrong order, cold food, and poor customer service, I will not be coming back anytime soon.

We ordered a few burgers and fries. The fries were hot, and tasty, but BK fries are not my favorite. My burgers tasted salty and patties were really dry, no flavor. My wife complained about her burger being dry as well. This used to be a good place to grab a burger, but has gone downhill.

Ordered the food online and got there minutes after ordering. Did not recieve sauces, fish sandwich was wet bread was soggy, extremely salty and the burger was like mush. Food was cold. Couldnt finish my food. Absolutely disgusting.

We came in around 9.00 pm on a Wednesday. Not busy and I get that items might have to be cooked to order. We ordered three burgers, two onions rings and two pops.
Well, our bag had been worked over (see the pics) after being grabbed so many times by the workers. We waited over 20 minutes to get food. We plus one other car came through the drive-through the whole time. They were still waiting when we left. All items were put in the bag except one burger. How do we know? Because both burgers and onion rings were cold to the touch. One burger was hot. So our food sat in a bag for almost 20 minutes while they waited for one burger to be cooked. We could also see them while we waited. I Google and the burger burger takes 2 to 3 minutes to cook. Apparently, the cooks were on a break.
Just disappointing because it coat us over $40 and we ended up not eating much.

Well I must say it’s not what it used to be! Some lady told my kid and I we could order through the drive thru like it was a privilege. She also mentioned she was alone and just had a major rush of guests…? We were the only people in sight. And it would take about 20-30min to actually receive food? We tried to agree with her issues and mentioned a coupon for the order we received in the mail. We actually heard this lady okay the order and forgot to turn off the headset witch we could hear details like slow walking in and out of the restroom fumbling around slammed coubard I’m guessing almost doing the closing duties and cleaning the bathrooms. Not really sure because we were trying to add on our order something else. Finally pulled forward to second window, didn’t see any movement. But across the street their competition was popping. . So I figured I would get out of the passenger side and run over to safety and grab a gallon of milk and my son would just pull up by the time I was exiting the store. But that didn’t happen either. I started walking back to the BK. He was still in the dive through and now a couple of cars behind him. This employee came to the window and requested the coupon for the food, I couldn’t find it thinking that I misplaced it at safeway. She then denied the food order to us?? That was her decision and I tried to reason with her and still acted like we were some high level masterminds that planed it out for years. So I about came unglued when we were leaving empty-handed. About a mile down the road my son seem the coupon in his center coin concle I actually left it with him when I dipped to safeway.. is any of this make any sense what so ever???

Very disappointed with them. I walked in at around 5 yesterday. I had 2 coupons for 6.99 for a 2 whopper jr’s and 2 fries. I was getting food for myself and someone else. I asked if they need to ring up 2 orders. I was told no. I paid 17.47 and got home and had 3 whopper jr’s and 2 fries. Not 4 and 4. I called and got a voicemail with no return call. I didn’t want to walk all the way back.

This Burger King was a bit disappointing because the dine in area was closed. I’m assuming the owner must not pay his employees a reasonable wage since there was a sign on the front door blaming the closure on a staff shortage. There are three fast food restaurants directly across the street that aren’t experiencing such problems. The food I got was what you’d expect from Burger King these days. Nothing terrible, nothing special, and much, much smaller than what you would’ve gotten a few years ago.

I walked in around 8:45pm and it was busy.
They had a 3 man crew running the operation, Beth and I think Noah handled the customer’s like pros as the busted ass to meet everyone’s demands while a third women was flying back and fourth doing x,y and z with fine efficiency.
If you guys happen to see this. Yall are doing a fantastic job and I hope you continue to get praise for it.
