I use to love them. The last 3 times, the food was different. My wings were very hard and dry. I gave it another chance because I thought it was just a bad day. Not 3 times in a row. It has been over the last 6 months. Tonight will be my last night. My wings were dry and hard. I asked for them not to be that way.

Ordered the fish basket. They were pretty decent sizes and came with Fries. I wasn’t a fan of the coleslaw. The tater sauce is homemade. My bread was a little too toasty so I didn’t eat alot of it. The food was hot and it wasn’t that long of a line. The fish was seasoned well. The service was awesome and she even helped me narrow down my options. It also came with a drink. The best kept secret in Memphis! We had the catfish basket combos, plus we got a piece of banana cake and strawberry cake. Excellent choices… the cakes were so moist and perfectly flavored. They will never get my business again, my honey hot wings barely had the honey sauce and they dabbed some hot sauce on them the honey sauce was in the 2 small compartments and runny like water,and not enough on the wings. I called and the lady that answered the phone said that’s how they’re honey hot wings are. The photos advertised on Google doesn’t look like the”honey hot” that I was given.

They don’t take phone orders and the last time I went there, my wings and the customer service were bad. The wing sauce on the honey hot wings wasn’t even mixed together. It looked as though someone poured hot sauce on a few wings and honey on the others. This picture was about 15 minutes after I got home with them. They were still hot.

I use to love this place and rarely visit Whitehaven and decided to stop here but last night was the worst!! I ordered a 30 piece wings and fries and a caramel cake first of all the cakes use to be homemade but this cake was store bought from cash savers because I’ve seen them there before and my wings were so disgusting my family never complain about wings but these were so bad I’m really upset that I spent over 70 dollars on this mess!!
