Great little hidden gem in Downtown Tampa. Excellent service, fresh ingredients, price point hits and very clean establishment. Owner was very kind and helpful. Each item is so fresh and you can tell it as prepared daily. They have a homemade soup and then salads and a sushi roll that was incredible. I love good, fresh food and this place is it. Highly recommend for fast, affordable and actually healthy food! In and out for lunch.

Don’t be turned off by the aesthetic, its a salad bar and doesn’t need to be anything else. Get the sushi here, it’s actually pretty good.

I’m from Jacksonville Fl, my mom and I were in town for a concert. My mom picked this place cause she knew I would at least eat something here since Im very picky. But boi I was having a ball building my plate. Felt like a kid at a candy buffet. Everything was fresh, huge HUGE slices of mushrooms and the Greek salad was amazing . But besides that you have to try their clear noodles, that I would say is the best clear noodles I’ve ever had. I was bummed that they are not open on the weekends but honestly worth it. Oh make sure to get the chicken noodle soup , it’s sooooo freaking good.
