Service absolutely poor. Came through the drive thru asked if there were any munchkins left (no) asked if there were any donuts left (yea double chocolate) asked if that was the only donuts left (yea that’s it) I said never mind for the donuts and before I was able to proceed with my order I was cut off “have a goodnight” damn can I finish my order Jada’s response “you don’t have to get an attitude “ I proceeded to go inside and to my surprise not only is Jada sarcastic but she’s a liar bc in front of me sat a variety of donuts. I get it give kids an opportunity but when it becomes a problem for business maybe older or more sophisticated employees will do better

This Dunkin sucks just convenient because it’s in my town. First of all kids work here, they can’t make a shaken espresso right to save their life — it’s always way too milky and tastes off every time. And charging 1.70 for a pup cup? That’s just greedy.

– present the total on the screen then WITHOUT TELLING U they charge you a higher amount at the window after you give your card. The girl also acted like it wasn’t a big deal like WOW ( so apparently its for light ice – I just go to a different dunkin now that doesn’t charge that )

I ordered loaded hash browns and a coffee. My coffee was wrong and all of the hash browns were hard and burnt, completely not edible. This is not the first time I was served what something I have not ordered. I don’t write reviews but something’s got to give.

Very unfortunate that this is the only location in town. I order from this Dunkin because I work in town, my order never changes and each time I receive my coffee it’s made differently. Today was unacceptable. I get a black cold brew coffee with 4 pumps of caramel. I guess they either can’t count that well or just ran out of caramel when I order because this specific coffee just looks black with nothing. Officially boycotting this location.

Im not the type to be writing bad reviews on places , but this is quite literally the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. They somehow manage to forget items EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve ordered thru door dash. It’s not a door dash issue it’s Dunkin. I even emailed corporate one time over this issue making my point clear this isn’t an issue with door dash it’s an issue with DUNKIN and they emailed me back with the phone number and email for Door dash. Literally a joke. Don’t waste ur time here they literally will mess up your order somehow

It’s very exhausting to continue to get disappointed over and over again and that’s why I’m writing this review. It’s bad enough that this Dunkin charges extra for different milk but on top on that never get the coffee order right. They don’t even mix your coffee. Don’t come to this Dunkin if your looking for a great or even good experience

Pathetic service . I waited 15 mints at drive through.. and after that I came inside and the guys are talking each other having fun and they don’t know about drive through customers . I asked them why are you not talking orders from drive through and just they faint have any answers.
