My God!
Pizza was unreal! I’ve eaten pizza literally all over the country and this was some of the best I’ve ever had…
We had a sourdough Sicilian with sausage, a French onion and a new haven with pepperoni
The young man at the counter also made me an “experimental “dessert pizza (it was my birthday)
Everything was FANTASTIC and the service/experience couldn’t be beat…
I’m looking forward to seeing the “cocoa buzz” dessert pizza on the menu..
I’d give 10 stars if I could..

I usually don’t give reviews, but this seemed review-worthy. I walked in to have dinner with a 3 year old. He just wanted a piece of pepperoni pizza. We were given the options of pizza left out. It looked dry and old, but still gave it a chance. We really just wanted plain pizza with pepperoni not basil and the extras, but it seemed that was our only option left out as the employee seemed a bit like this is all we have. We got it heated up and sat down. It was so difficult to chew and old. It was fine for me, but I then had to take the 3 year old elsewhere to eat because he physically couldn’t enjoy a piece of pizza like we planned. Definitely won’t be returning.

I stopped here because I never tried it before and instead of ordering a whole tray, I figured a slice would be great. They don’t cut their slices the same size. The guy gave me the smallest slice they had and there were other ones twice the size. My hand is bigger than this slice of pizza. First time trying it and the last time trying it. If you’re going to sell slices, make sure there’s somewhat the same size.

My husband and I went to Gio’s Pizza Co in Dickson City last night and it definitely lived up to its hype. We got fries, garlic bread, and New Haven style pizza. Everything was incredible. To our surprise, the owner was the one working and we got to talk to him for a while. You can tell he loves what he does and puts his heart into everything he makes! We will 100% be back (and will be praying that tie dye pizza with the stracciatella on top will be on the menu!) 10/10

Very delicious pizza with friendly service. I was extremely happy to stumble across this restaurant and will definitely stop again when I’m in the area (we live 70 minutes away).
I want to really comment on their service. They close at 8pm. Even turned off their “open” sign, but sit down and takeout customers kept walking in at 7:45 and 7:55. They didn’t mention that they were closing, just continued to take orders and smile. Well done and great service!

The front shares parking spots with other stores, so parking can be limited, BUT there is a back door and MANY spots out back.

The sour dough Sicilian with sesame seeds was very good. I would definitely recommend ordering the Sicilian with sesame seeds and a few toppings. (That will come at a price, of course.) I also tried the New Haven and the tomato pie. They were all above average. It was really expensive by NEPA pizza standards. The line chefs and counter people were pleasant and efficient but the place was nearly empty at 4:00. I imagine it picked up closer to 5. Give them a try!

My husband and I stumbled upon Gio’s on TikTok and wanted to try their sourdough Sicilian. We stopped in at 12:45pm on a Friday afternoon. The place wasn’t very busy and there were 3 gentleman working. We ordered and sat down. About 30 mins later another man came in and by this time it had gotten busier, but hardly anyone had gotten their food. The new guy started asking people what they were waiting for, how long, etc. trying to salvage the customer service part (which was pitiful) of everyone’s experience. We waited FIFTY minutes and when I went to ask how much longer, they hadn’t even started our pizza. I demanded a refund and we left immediately. I am seriously disappointed and would not recommend this establishment; maybe their Clark’s summit location is better but Dickson city has a lot to improve.

First time there tonight to dine in ordered 3 pizzas the New York, New Haven and the Tye Dye. Excellent pizza cooked to perfection also had the pleasure to meet the owner who is super generous and kind! This is our new favorite pizza place.

I seen a picture on Facebook of their pizza and decided to try it. I ordered a tray of New York style, 2 slices of New Haven, and the braised cheesesteak. Me and my son ate everything. That hoagie was so stacked with meat and the bun was so soft it soaked up all the juices and gravy. Loved it. Other reviews trashed on the New Haven style so I almost didn’t get it. Glad I decided to see for myself cause next time I’ll get that one. So good. Def worth a try. And the guy was insanely nice to me so I’m 100% going back. But I can def agree with some other people on the price of toppings. I would never pay that much just for a few pieces of pepperoni. I’ll get plain and nothing else.
UPDATE: changed my review cause over time they keep giving me the wrong pizza when I order their specialty pies. It’s 50/50 weather you get what you pay for. That sucks when it’s a $32 pizza so when their pizza is done right, it’s the best. But it’s a gamble with consistency so I’m unfortunately not going to be going here much anymore.

Sauce and crust had a really good flavor. Top was cooked perfectly but the bottom had a ton of flop to it. Also really skimpy on the toppings. 1-2 pieces of pepperoni and only 1 olive per slice. For $2-3 per topping on a half pizza, I’d expect to get a bit more. Will give it another shot to see if it was just a fluke.
