Reviews
Every evening visit has been the same: empty drive-thru which I thought it a great sign not busy food accurate but instead it’s irritated staff, and constant attitude over the speaker. Before I can even confirm my order is correct, I’m met with sighs, huffs, and rushed responses. After multiple visits, I finally decided I’m done once I realized how much money I’m spending and what I’m constantly greeted with, the sigh over the speaker is really what did it for me today.
Even when I request fresh food (which they say it is), I pull away from the drive thru and everything tastes stale — old burgers, cold fries, and zero care in the service, I have to request my fries fresh and usually that’s about the only they will do. At this point, the experience is consistently unpleasant from ordering all the way up eating. Oh and don’t let it be an error in their behalf.
Honestly, they make the McDonald’s just down the road look like Chick-fil-A — and I don’t even eat McDonald’s. That should say a lot.
This location could probably do well with the right staff, seeing as all these restaurants going out of business, well the staff is assisting it to go even quicker with the attitude; but the evening atmosphere alone is the absolute worse and enough to drive customers away. Now I understand why it’s always empty.
Save yourself the frustration and keep driving — even Wendy’s down the road is a better option. I’d rather go out of my way to Hoover than ever come back to this location again.
