Love it here. I love the location, the concept, the mission, and the quality of the food – especially for a quick-service spot. There have been times I’ve genuinely been happier eating here than at some of the surrounding full-service restaurants.

I come here 2–3 times a week because I really love the food. Whenever I meet Esmelda, even a simple meal feels special—she always serves the food with care and greets me so kindly.
And I have to say, the broccoli here is absolutely delicious!

Absolutely awesome experience at BIBIBOP Asian Grill on Pile and Rose. From the moment we walked in, the service was truly top notch. The team was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful, especially since this was our first visit to this location while visiting family. They took the time to explain the menu, make recommendations, and made us feel genuinely welcome.
The food was excellent. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. You can tell they take pride in both the quality of the ingredients and the experience they provide.
If you are new to BIBIBOP or just visiting the area, this location is a must stop. Great food, great people, and an all around outstanding experience. We will definitely be back.

I had a great experience at my local Bibibop today. The food was fresh and exactly what I was hoping for, but what really stood out was the customer service. The staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely attentive, making the whole experience feel welcoming rather than rushed. You can tell they care about getting things right and treating customers well. Definitely one of the reasons I’ll keep coming back

I order from this location often. I would not be deterred by any of the one star or lower reviews unless you’ve tried it out for yourself. Some of the lower reviews are pretty subjective or come across as rather entitled from what I could see of the two I read. This is a reasonably priced, quality ingredient food establishment. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating, and the portions always generous. The mobile application also has online offer incentives that the in-store menu does not have that are worth checking out. (Spicy chicken well being meal pictured).

Yesterday my sister and I had lunch at Bibibop. It was my first time there, and the experience was fantastic. I highly recommend it; the food is very healthy and fresh. I even had a brief chat with the manager, and the service was very friendly. Thank you, Bibibop!

Absolutely amazing food, the staff are really sweet and accommodating. I’d highly recommend getting a bowl with a mixed base (purple rice is delicious!) and the gochujang sauce. About $12 for an original bowl and $10 for a small. You can also get a cup for $6. The bathrooms are very clean, lovely seating both inside and outside.

I am sharing on behalf of the Vince/Cano families. You caterer the rehearsal dinner. WOW! WOW! It was fabulous! The food was AMAZING! Enjoyed by everyone. You provided more than enough that we enjoyed leftovers for a couple of days. There was more than enough provided in sauces, chopsticks and bowls.
