I tried the new chicken bacon ranch fries and I am in love with them. They are amazing.
Food was fresh and service is always top tier at this location.
The fries had chicken, bacon, cheese sauce, avocado ranch, and pico on top.
Perfect combination.

This happened tonight 11/2725 around 7:20-7:30….. Driving through this town , we had been driving for 14 hours and wanted to grab something quick to eat. We pulled up to the speaker and one girl answered and was nice and said we could take a minute to look at the menu and order, wasn’t 30 seconds later another girl got on the screen and kept asking to order and rushing us to order. Then when we did order she would not answer or would with a bad attitude and wouldn’t listen. And kept popping off when we asked for certain things or questions to know? Then when we got to the window she instantly ask for the card and grabbed it we said thank you and she looked away and then she asked us what sauce after asking a few times we answered and we said what we wanted to huffed with an attitude. we would’ve let it go but the whole time she was very rude and acted annoyed and did not want to take our order much less any one else’s. You can even see her face below she looked like this any time she spoke. This was about 10 mins ago!

Look at the photos I added. At least two of the sodas were only syrup. My friend wanted the green one it was all syrup, I wanted a cherry Pepsi it was only syrup. Now the food was good and the lady was super nice. But the store is kinda run down and they obviously do not care at all about the drink machine. All in all it was ok but I remember when taco bell was a modern restaurant. It seems those days are gone. I’ve been to two different ones in the past couple months and both times I’ve been disappointed. See my review on the other one. It was terrible. This one was ok just ran down

Everytime we go here without fail they mess up our order. I myself order the same thing everytime from every Taco Bell which is a 3 cheese chicken flatbread melt, mind you it’s supposed to have chipotle sauce, cheese and chicken, the chipotle sauce being the biggest reason I order them and everytime without fail they either don’t put any at all or put very little only at the ends, we ordered three of said melts tonight and not one had a single lick of sauce, you’d think for 2.50 each the least you could do is maybe your job, I only say that because this happens everytime. I’ll start ordering from ridgeland or surrounding areas from now on, won’t be spending any of my money at this location any longer just for the order to be wrong repeatedly without fail.

I stopped going to Taco Bell ages ago. I only went for the limeade. That was discontinued. I had stopped all fast foods before that.

I usually only leave reviews when I have a negative experience, but this is one of the best fast food restaurants here in Jackson MS! They are kind and the food seems like it’s quality and made well, which is odd for Tacobell in general! Thank you for the great experience, not once, but twice now!!!

The people were friendly and polite. However, 1) I wasn’t given the Supreme Quesadilla I ordered and paid for.2) I didn’t get the Pico de guyo I ordered and was charged for. 3) I didn’t get the lettuce requested when I said, “extra everything except tomatoes.” 4) I was charged $0.70 for the extremely small container of quacamole’. 5) NOT one of my three chicken Supreme soft shell tacos were Supreme. 6) None of my order had EXTRA cheese which was expected when I asked for EXTRA EVERYTHING. In fact there was barely any cheese visible on any of my order. 7)They did put a dollop of sour cream at the/one end side of each taco. Utterly disappointed with what I ended up with after craving that meal for days. If I could rate the meal “0”, that’s what the rating would be. My daughter was less than satisfied with her nacho bell grande and the dorito tacos she received that were supposed to be Supreme beef dorito tacos but were plain chicken dorito tacos.
