Drive through pickup- wasn’t ready but the employees are very nice. The Whopper was mediocre and had a very strong smell that didn’t seem normal- But that’s the game you play with fast food. The cookies were fantastic!!

We love it here. The Staff is wonderful and Chris the Manager is a loving person. We recently moved from Memphis and started going there a lot. My son whose Deaf 23 loves BK. So we went there on a Wednesday night, my van had stopped working. Her staff came out to assist but my van would not crank. So I called the tow truck company and they only had room for 1 person. My sons and I were basically stranded and a Lil frustrated. Chris (The Manager) stepped in and said I’ll call my husband and ask him to take you all home, no worries. I looked at her like what? You’ll do that for us. Sure she said. Wow,I’m in a new town , she met us a few times and to do that for us and we became family from then. She didn’t know me but her actions went beyond being a Burger King Manager. She treated us like family. Every since then when we see her and the crew we all have smiles and Chris has Hugs. This Burger King Rock!!

I just have to say that Christine Marion, the manager on duty today, December 21, 2025, is absolutely incredible. She provided me with such outstanding service, and honestly, I haven’t experienced hospitality like this in years. I will certainly return to this location every time I’m in the Knoxville area. No matter how far away I am, this will be my go-to Burger King! 20 stars!!!!!

Great Burger King. All of the employees are great and very friendly which is what makes or breaks a business. Even on their “bad” days where it’s super slow or busy, the staff is friendly. Food is usually consistent and always tasty. Overall good for fast food

This has to be 1 of the worst in the business. I go through the drive thru and order my meal. Get to the window and drive thru worker charges me for someone else order. So I go in. Manager acts like its my fault. Then tells me a refund was issued back to my card. That refund has never came back. I contact cooperate and its nothing but the good ole run around. Long story short. You’ll be charged for wrong order and then never receive a refund. Will never eat at this location or any other location again. Id give less of a star waiting if I could. STAY CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION FOR SURE.

Walked in. Not busy. Only customer. No greeting by the cashier. Playing on his phone. Took my order. No thank you or nothing. Got my food. I had ordered 2 double cheeseburger plain. All they had to do was put cheese on my burger. Cheese was hanging off the side of the meat. The burger was not great. I’m glad I rarely eat at burger king because everything has turned to trash.
