Although I took my dinner to go, it was a lovely experience. I really enjoy their cider and decided to join the cider club so I can have each flavor every month! The smash burger was rly yummy! Not at all greasy, sometimes when u get smash burgers theres quite a bit of grease in the bread and all over really, not theirs!! The staff was so friendly and hilarious too, Im so excited to make it back in every month! They even offered me a glass of the monthly cider while I waited for my food to be made! Check them out!

Ash & Elm made for a nice stop while wondering around near downtown. It’s a bright, clean space with lots of open space, and I like the color scheme. I tried a flight of their ciders and found them quite pleasant. Fleeting Youth was easily my favorite. The staff was helpful and friendly too. This was easily the best cider bar I found in Indianapolis, and I’d visit again.

I have been several times and have always had a pleasant experience. The food is fresh and very creative.
Our server was nice but for the place being completely empty, she was not very attentive.
It’s a nice place to stop for a cider or a flight.

We stopped at Ash & Elm in Indianapolis on our way home from Tennessee because of their extensive gluten-free options, especially the “Grown Up Chicken Tenders.” Unfortunately, the food did not live up to the promise. The tenders were shameful – dry, tiny, and absolutely not worth the $17 price tag. My server genuinely tried to make it right and even comped our dessert after agreeing the tenders weren’t up to par. He admitted they came frozen from a distributor.
I walked out paying over $80 for my family of five, and the quality was nowhere near what you’d expect for that cost. Service was okay, but the food was woefully overpriced and deeply disappointing. I really wanted to love this place for its gluten-free offerings, but sadly, it was not worth the stop.

Industrial vibes meets a smidge kitschy. They have a wide cedar selection, with seasonal flavors. Love that they let you try them before committing. They have a pretty good food selection and even have gluten free dessert. Space is very open and good for all party sizes. It’s also fairly kid friendly, with coloring pages and high chair available.

I ate here and tried the cider around 2:00 p.m. on a Tuesday, there weren’t many people but the atmosphere was very relaxed and everybody was very friendly. Morgan helped me figure out the menu as well as what ciders I wanted to sample. She was very sweet and very welcoming, being a trucker, it was nice to feel like I wasn’t an out-cider. Their ciders are amazing and have some very wonderful twists with bold flavors that don’t overpower the taste buds. I had some of their Maple bacon brussel sprouts that really hit the spot and were too good to leave behind. Morgan was so friendly and open to conversation but also didn’t press for conversation too much I had a wonderful time and I can’t wait to come back again!

The BEST ciders and the best atmosphere. The loveliest waitstaff. Such a wonderful, warm, and welcoming place. I have never had anything but delicious food, fabulous drinks, and a great experience. I will be returning to A&E again and again especially due to their commitment to belonging and community.

Finding the place was slightly more difficult than expected, but once we got inside, we had a good experience. I enjoyed the cider flight and liked all four of my choices. It was fun that they had the dice and Roll for Flight card on the table if you wanted to go that route.
The elote fritters and pretzel bites with cheese sauce were delish. Service was decent, but not overly friendly and the atmosphere is a little sterile, but that seems common in these types of places. Judging by the signs on the walls, it looks like they have a fun schedule of events all through the week.

Went to drag bingo night to celebrate a friends birthday! It was a lot of fun and so many bingos were won! Our table even won two of the prizes!! The food was so yummy and so were the drinks. My favorite is the chai cider and I tried the earl Grey tea one as well. They have a lot of events going on here all the time so definitely check it out!

I recently went to Ash & Elm with a few girlfriends for galentines day. The place was packed and it was loud in there. I’ve been there a few times for their drag bingo and trivia nights and the place is always fun with delicious food.
Quality of food – the quality of the food is always really good. They make their food to perfection.
Quality of service – the servers are always nice and helpful, the place gets crowded really fast, so sometimes the service can be a little slow, but overall still great.
Ambience – I love the ambience at their current location, it’s very modern and hip.
Parking – there is street parking available and there’s an allotted lot for parking on the street over.
Recommendations – pineapplemosa cider, lemon crema sauce, garlic aeoli, tomato bisque and their French fries
