Drink station was broken, there were no meatballs, and they weren’t allowed to serve my kids the sandwich we’ve gotten for decades…pretty disappointing. I won’t be coming back.
The server did her best, but I was pretty darned disappointed by the lack of availability and lack of flexibility.

Management is terrible!!!
The assistant manager is very nice, but the manager Royanne, is very unprofessional, she is always all over the place, can’t hold her head still, and acts like she is “cracked out” 100% of the time. She has horrible people skills, her boyfriend is constantly there when she’s on duty, and she has her son at work with her constantly! Her son is out of control, harasses customers, and doesn’t act accordingly to be in the restaurant while she’s on duty.
I don’t recommend this location!

Really like the new manager. She pays attention to me. Now all I have to do is say yup when she says the regular? If you had my sandwich done and literally a minute. The other voice do a good job as well but just me manager deserves a raise I have seen her work like crazy where is just her there. Always manages to get everybody’s sandwich done and ready that and she does not take forever like I have experience in other stores

Great, small Sunway I was in and out. I dropped my soda in the parking lot, and I was able to get a new one, free of charge. I also drove off with my sweet tea on the roof of my car, but some nice man stopped me before it spilled. See great little subway.

I usually take my kids here once a week on my day off. Its our treat for the week. Tonight is prpbably the last time we go. I tried to find an email to contact a supervisor or owner with no luck. There is nothing worse than going into a place and having to order from someone who clearly does not want to be there or deal with you. I refuse to spend my hard earned money and have to deal with rude workers.

Can’t say enough good things about the subway in Meriden Kansas. If you really would like to treat yourself let the manager the red- haired lady make your sandwiches for you…let her make you a turkey bacon ranch oh my goodness they should be coming the store and asking her for her recipes for sandwiches for the store she’s that good. She makes the best turkey bacon ranch. The store there is always clean with a good atmosphere and friendly employees.

I swear this one is the ONLY ONE close to us that ACTUALLY LISTENS to what you ask/request for in your food. They add more when you ask, they’ll go light if you ask, they’ll even do as much as you ask on the side when requested. They do it EXACTLY how you ask them!

Staff here is always excellent. I’ve seen worse at a few high dollar restaurants the ones that you expect to have a first class wait staff.

I love the restaurant but have had TERRIBLE experiences with Kerry in the restaurant multiple times. Tonight I was greeted with an eye roll and heard her tell the costumer in front of me (who was very kind) “we are out of a lot of things so that’s how it’s going to be”. When told I wanted a flatbread sandwich she makes the comment of “arent you going to get a real sandwich?” then while making my sandwich she says “come on, quicker” and towards the end she says “i wish you would have made it easy on me”. Then two people walk in behind me and she rolls her eyes and says “we’re out of almost everything” and tries rushing them to make a decision. I kept my cool and didn’t say anything until I got in my truck. Will never go back in there as long as she is working there

I’ve been there twice now that they’ve been completely out of bread but tonight at 630pm they only had a few loaves left, they were out of cucumbers, out of spinach, out of so many things, the place is just getting worse and worse…
And then the off chance you do get to actually eat something from there.
The food is good but not good enough to make it worth waiting 20 minutes to even place an order when there’s only one person in front of you ordering two sandwiches… It seems to be that this place can’t seem to keep decent staff around.
