I contacted the location and spoke to the manager. Explained I received an uncooked burger. She told me to take it up with Door Dash. I explained to her I did and I was not properly compensated. This establishment prepared this uncooked burger she did not feel she needed to replace the burger. I did not want any money. I wanted a properly cooked burger. I wasn’t even offered an apology. I cannot continue to patron establishments that conduct business like this. I’m 1 of the 5 people that are STILL going the Arby’s! You have lost my business!! Now you’re down to 4!!

It is hard to find decent customer service these days. The gentleman who took our order today was exciting, extremely engaging, and gave my children an amazing first ever visit to Arby’s. I am extremely hair with the service and food we received from this establishment. Keep up the amazing work!

This is the second time in two weeks.
I ordered a CHEDDAR RANCH CHICKEN SANDWICH.
As you see that is NOT what I recieved.
This same problem happened two weeks ago too. I went in and the girl at the counter literally gave me TWO SLICES OF AMERICAN cheese in a bag and said have a good day. What the hell?!
I may be wrong but if Cheddar is in the name of the menu item I’m sure it should be included without having to ask.
But hey this time they threw in some onions i didn’t even ask for.
So disappointed.

Saw that Arby’s has Wagyu Steakhouse burgers so I wanted to try one. Gota say it was pretty damn good, especially for a place that doesn’t specialize in burgers. Def worth a try if you haven’t tried one
