Pizza is so HARD and CHEWY! Taste like Hard bread with pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni.
Not sure if it’s because it’s undercooked or because they have the Hot and Ready pizzas in the to go oven to long before someone purchase them. You can tell they have been in that stored unit for some time because when they hand you the pizza the bottom part of the pizza box is barely warm.
I would say for every 4 trips to get pizzas you get 2 that are always HARD and CHEWY.
Been to this place several of times and only ONCE we have really enjoyed the pizza, it was WARM AND SOFT, maybe because the nice lady (owner) was there and the cooks were putting attention on how to cook the pizzas.
Took some pictures of the Pepperoni pizza we got today, you can see they just cook the pizzas in a hurry or careless, the crust around is not even, one side is THICK and as it goes around there is HARDLY ANY CRUST, I honestly would have not minded at all if at least the pizza was eatable.
I placed two pieces of pizza in the microwave to heat up (pizza was almost cold by the time we got home, a 2 minute drive) but pizza came out same way HARD and CHEWY. .
Such a shame because this place opened for business probably 2 or 3 months ago.
I’ve been to many Little Ceasars pizzas and the pizza has never taste horribly bad like this establishment serves it.
The only positive thing I have to say about this place is that the people that work there are nice and seems the place is clean.
Hope the owners read this comment so they can improve the quality of the pizzas they are selling.

I ordered a deep dish half pepperoni half cheese pizza along with the cheese crazy puffs and Italian cheese bread. I got home and the pizza hardly had any cheese or sauce on it. It was hard and cold and not edible. The Italian cheese bread was also lacking cheese as well as being hard and cold. I called the store and was able to have my meal replaced for the next time I came in. Well, next visit with my free replacement meal was just as bad. The pizza was actually a bit warmer this time, but was lacking cheese and sauce AGAIN! It was also supposed to have extra cheese, which I said I would pay for. Again, it was supposed to be half pepperoni and half cheese and it was all pepperoni. I had placed my order in store since I couldn’t get through on the phone and know I reiterated my toppings to the gentleman working there. The Italian cheese bread was a bit better but still lacking cheese. And the cheese crazy puffs were complete opposite of last time and were hard and cold. I ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes past the time the employee had told me. I understand to an extent as there were only 2 employees working on a busy Friday night. As I was waiting for my food I watched ones of the employees pull out a black, burnt pizza. This location needs to hire more employees. They also need to reevaluate the amount of ingredients/toppings they use. I go to other LC and have not had as many issues as I’ve had here in only 2 visits. It’s unfortunate because they are 5 minutes down the road, but I’ll go drive the extra 10 to get good food. I WILL NOT be returning to the Little Cesars Bartlett location and I highly suggest you go elsewhere also!!! Bad, cold, hard, lacking ingredients!!! Go to a different location!!!

Ordered two orders of the pizza puffs they look like they were cooked a week ago hard as a rock completely unedible the cheese pizza was fried to a crisp also pretty unedible. Breadsticks came out good

Stay away from this location!!!!This little ceasars costs a few more dollars than any other one! This should not be the case just money hungry owner. I guess it’s privately owned but come on little ceasars is for value. Check prices before you order from this location! It will shut down within the year…
Update! Ordered from there today what in the hell ?! The pizza first off was done wrong! I asked for extra cheese I barely got any! I asked for half sausage and onion just got onion! The owner of this place must be cheap!!! Also supposed to be a standard crust and was so thin! Folks don’t go here the Elgin location is cheaper as well as not skimpy!!!! Shame on this owner!!! Cheap owner is the problem there is no way they keep

I like this location. It’s consistently good pizza, and the new crazy puffs are so good. They crispy, drizzled with buttery garlic sauce and herbs.

Fast, decent, cheap… you get what you pay for?
The food was fine, the hot and ready pizzas were actually decently hot and we’re ready right as I got there.

I’ve been ordering my pizza and wings for the past 5 years and this will be the last time ordering from that location because of the rude and disrespectful attitude been given by your employees especially by a name Xavier. I ordered the 5 all meat pizza and wings over the phone. He changed my order saying that I can only order a pepperoni and sausage pizza and have toppings on it. Also said that they were out of wings. I had no choice but to go there in person and he refused to correct my order.
How can such people be employed. Not even offering to fix my order or even an apology. Nothing. I will never recommend the location in Bartlett. At most I could’ve been offered my order for free if he didn’t wanted to correct it but instead said that’s what I am getting because that’s what I ordered.

Horrible customer service. I get the fact that it is hard to find people these days especially for food service. But, when customer’s walk in there has to be some kind of acknowledgement. The food was fine but, I paid to get 3 extra sauces and this is what they game me! I combined all three and it still didn’t fill one. If you are going to charged me $1.25 per cu they need to be full!! Really disappointing

I was disappointed with this location from day one when they opened a year ago due to barely cooked dough on crazy bread and pizza crust. I tried again a year later and it’s the same. The crazy bread is too soft with barely any garlic butter and Parmesan. Pizza crust was also not well cooked. Also those new puffs are so dry. Commercials are false advertising as it looks so moist and flavorful. Nope. Please LC do better for Bartlett.

I stopped in for the lunch special. I took it home and I wish I looked at the pizza before I left. The pizza is disgusting. The pizza is soggy and soft. The pizza looks like the cheese has sat under a light for hours. I called and complained. They did refund my money. However , I will never return to this location for pizza again.
