My mom and I had such a wonderful dining experience at Talia Kitchen! Our servers were absolutely the best, truly so attentive, kind, and made us feel so well taken care of. The food was delicious from start to finish, but the standout for us was definitely the eggplant dish… hands down our favorite!

Can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu. Highly recommend!

Very, very thoughtful food. We started with the “green” hummus which was explained as baby chickpeas that were harvested early. It was very well seasoned with strong herbs and seeds. It was a far step from what you’d expect but it was done very “thoughtfully”. The roasted carrots were amazing.

I loved my chicken stuffed with goat cheese and an apricot creme. It was a little dry, maybe roasted the night before, but still very delicious. My wife’s salmon was amazing with some chili slices they add that really created a zesty experience. The kids burger was fine and the buttered pasta for the other child also good.

The vegan ice cream was, again, “thoughtful”but delicious nonetheless. I wouldn’t recommend for kids since the flavors here are bold and dishes non traditional-but very fitting for a health and wellness spa.

Everything was absolutely amazing — the food was fresh and delicious, and the service was fast and incredibly polite. We celebrated Valentine’s Day here and are already looking forward to coming back soon!

Everything we had was downright delicious. You have to order the whipped ricotta. The masked potatoes were also a highlight. The food is on the smaller portion sizes and great for sharing. Being able to eat outside in the warm Murrieta nights is a total bonus. The service was very good. The patio allows dogs. The only negative is not on the food, service, or ambience. The chairs on the outside patio are very uncomfortable and not made to sit in for long periods of time. Please Talia change those out for something worth as the restaurant deserves.

I was pleasantly intrigued with the spices and flavors, this restaurant offers with their dishes. The staff and the service here is outstanding. Everyone has such a positive demeanor and a shines through with servers like Sarah and Cayman with a great manager leading the way. The ingredients are highlighted in detail from the mocktail to the entrees. I highly recommend this restaurant. Taste buds would be enticed. Compliments to the chef.

Server was super nice. I ordered the Lamb Chops (4 pcs), they were good but 2 were medium and 2 were medium rare. My wife ordered the mediterranean chicken, which I liked more than mine. The Beets with Pesto sauce was excellent. The cocktails were good but a bit pricey at $18 and $17. Ambiance wasn’t as romantic or fancy as I expected, but still worth a date night vibe.

Incredible meal, every course we had. 10/10 will be back and will be getting the whipped ricotta every time. We also tried the ahi tuna, roasted carrots, and pot roast and all had such amazing depth of flavors. Oh, the cocktails were fab too, the basil gimlet was refreshing and light.

I had salmon and my friend had the pot roast. My salmon was cooked well but what was lacking was any flavor. Piled on top was cubed up squash and it was so bland I had difficulty identifying it. I mostly had to guess based on the blossom the contents were stuffed into. It was laid on top of a squash puree that was also fairly mild but at least slightly sweet. We had hummus (lovely) and flat bread (floppy the first round and crunchy and warm and likely fresh on the refill). My friend’s pot roast was wonderful- flavorful and melt in your mouth, but I was aghast at $60 for that entree alone. It seemed odd because I noted that most every other item seemed reasonably priced but that one surprised us on the bill. The cocktail and wine we had were enjoyable (I had the water lily- both refreshing and beautiful to look at) and the scenery outside at night with the heat lamps and string lights was very serene. The staff were attentive, enthusiastic, and kind. I just think a price or two on the menu needs to be re-evaluated (most dishes seem acceptable given it is on site at a spa and there is a good amount of seafood) and there is no excuse for salmon of all fish to be tasteless.

Lamb chops came out cold. Chicken was too salty. Ahi portion size was the same as the beef tataki appetizer. Our server did her best, but for what these prices are, completely not worth the experience.

Also our desserts came out seperately because apparently the chef was tediously decorating the lemon posset. Even before dessert, my party and I were laughing because it seemed like the kitchen cared about looks more than taste.

We spent Christmas Eve at Murrieta hot springs and had dinner at Talia. Our server Andy was amazing at helping us work with the kitchen to accommodate several food allergies, even on a night with a condensed menu. I’m both gluten free and vegan and my mom is allergic to tree nuts, which includes avocado oil. While we were informed that most of the food on the menu is cooked in, or contains avocado oil, the kitchen prepared a special meal for my mom, and she devoured her rack of lamb. I had a kale salad, broccolini and guacamole with fresh veggies crudités. We loved dessert. My sister and I enjoyed the super delicious zero proof/ non alcoholic dovetails (their super cute name for N/A cocktails (get it? ). We’re all full, satisfied, and happy. We’ll definitely be back!
