I had the BEST experience at Fatburger today! Not only was the food absolutely delicious (as always!), but the customer service was truly next-level. The staff is so friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. Especially the gentleman working the front register today, he was awesome! He made me feel like a valued guest, not just another customer.
My order was made perfectly, came out hot and fresh, and everyone behind the counter had such positive energy. You can tell they actually care about their customers and take pride in what they do. It’s rare to find this kind of consistent kindness and effort, and it made the whole experience even better.
If you want amazing food and amazing service, Fatburger is THE place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back—this location has officially become my favorite! ✨

Manager G and Veronica were very helpful in explaining what options were available for our burgers. In short, however you want your burger, it is made to your specifications. I ordered the large hamburger patty (called the XXL). The burger was huge! The chili cheese fries were also delicious. The overall experience was great. The workers were awesome and gave top tier customer service with a smile. Thank you again Manager G & Veronica for the great food and hospitality.

Michael is the cashier and manager he provided great service since the minute we walked in the door. He even took the time to talk with us after we were done eating and just chilling. And thank you Clark for the perfectly grilled burger patties. Overall it was a great experience!

Just tried this Fatburger location and it did not disappoint. The burger was super flavorful and juicy cooked perfectly. Shoutout to the line cook Michael, he really did his thing back there
Also want to give major props to Becca for the service. Even though it was a little busy, she was very kind, attentive, and made sure to check in on us whenever she got the chance. That level of care definitely didn’t go unnoticed.

Had an awesome time at fatburger last night. Angel and Veronica were very welcoming and kind. Angel challenged me to the XXL fatburger challenge and I said hell yeah! The burger is bomb and juicy. Highly recommend the strawberry milkshake.

We actually went to another Fatburger location in Madera, CA, but something was definitely off — they tried to serve us old, gray meat. No thanks! We left and drove 28 miles just to come to this Fresno spot, and it was 100% worth it.
Everything here was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Becca and Angel made sure our experience was on point and treated us with real care. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I honestly think founder Lovie Yancey would be proud of this location — they’re keeping the true Fatburger spirit alive! Highly recommend you skip the others and come straight here.

One of the best burgers I’ve had! Crispy edges, ooey gooey cheese, all the toppings!! So good! Delicious cookie milkshake and don’t sleep on that ice cream sandwich! G the owner and Angel the cashier gave the best service!! We will definitely be back!!
