I ordered the new coconut Uber Machiatto thru door dash. They made my drinks wrong and just sent regular macchiatos. I called the store to see if I could get my drinks remade and I could pick them up. The shift supervisor Estrella was rude and unhelpful. She said I needed to go through DoorDash to get this rectified, door dash didn’t make my drinks wrong, Starbucks did. I was a partner for many years and know you are supposed to make the moment right especially when the mess up was on your end.

I don’t even know why this Starbucks is still open. Whenever I go the coffee is always burnt and bitter . I get the white chocolate mocha because it’s somewhat sweet and it’s always burnt and bitter. Once in a blue moon I’ll give them a chance and they never fail to give me the nastiness coffee.

I’ve been to this location twice and it is very nice. It’s in an extremely busy cluster of stores that surround it, but it has a nice, safe, well-lit parking lot.
The Staff is friendly, but not too quick. However, the laid-back atmosphere allows for a lot of patience. The drinks are well made and fresh also, even in the slower parts of the day.
I recommend especially if you’re coming to hang out and chat.

We ordered 3 items. 1 drink for my wife, 1 drink for me and a pup cup. It came out pretty fast and they made it to perfection. I would definitely have to say if you are in that part o town it’s worth a visit

Whoever is working the shift for today needs retraining. Has no idea what they are doing. Guy taking orders has no idea what’s going could barely make sense at the intercom. Guy making drinks absolutely sucks. Made the first drink wrong then proceeds to make the second drink wrong. Horrible…… when the “right” drink was made… taste totally different from how it’s suppose to taste. They put barely any drizzle on our drink that they upcharges .60 cents for. So crazy. Hate this location.

I called to ask how to add lemonade to a pink drink in the app and the first girl was really nice and gave me a suggestion and said I could call back if it doesn’t work, and unfortunately it didn’t work so I called back around 2:35 and when I asked about it the guy on the phone laughed at me and was like bro really? And he was saying how that’s so weird and they can’t do it because it’s so “obscure” the first girl was so nice I think it was the supervisor and she fixed it. 3 starts because she was nice and wrote sorry on my drink

First time coming here and it’s great. Waited 9 minutes for my spicy chorizo sandwich and another worker who came in just to make sure it’s being made. I got 2 by accident. Thanks you guys for your consideration. I used to work at a call center for ya too.
