The Jason’s Deli in Lakeland is fantastic. The service is always top notch, the salad bar always stocked and fresh, and the restrooms are always clean.
We often come with a big group on Sundays and the service is still top notch.
Today we stopped in for dinner and we didn’t really know what we wanted. We made several changes to our order and the cashier (Ava) was patient, kind and super helpful. The manager Theresa is so nice and helpful too. She makes sure the food is out on time and hot when it arrives. I’ve never had my order messed up or food not right.
If you love good food and even better service, you have got to try Jason’s Deli in Lakeland.

Very good selection of food. Very delicious. Large portions. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The potatoes are huge and very tasty. They have free ice cream for dessert along with other choices for purchase. Definitely recommend.

I’ve enjoyed lunches here for a few years when I am in the area. The food itself has always been great. I highly recomend the grilled cheese and tomato soup combo.
Unfortunately I have to take issue with the service on my latest visit.
After making my order and sitting to the side to wait for my food as directed. And then watched for 20 minutes as they fulfilled 13 more walkin orders, as well as drive through orders. My order was only 2 sandwiches and a bowl of soup, simple.
Eventually I was asked by the manager what I was waiting on. And immediately my food was found. My consilation prize? A cold unwanted cookie to go with my cold food.
It’s obvious that my food was ready and they somehow missed sending it out. It wasn’t a lack of effort bty the staff. I was watching them work while I waited and they seem to get through everything quickly. Seems like a training issue to me.
Customer service is the life blood of any small business, be better.

Drive thru convenience isnt the only thing good about Jasons Deli. The food is really good and portions and price are on scale. Love the hearty homemade soup variety and great flavor. They also offer salads baked potatoes and their famous sandwiches which are all really good as well. Dont shy away from the chicken alfredo its a quick fix for Alfredo lovers.

I love Jason’s Deli for their quality food and affordability. It’s a great place for adults and kids, your little ones under 12 eat free on Saturdays! As such I am usually there on Saturdays with my son after his soccer or flag football games. He is a big fan of the free ice cream. I really love their sandwiches, the Smoky Jack Panini is but I’m also a big fan of their well-stocked salad bar. It’s great that they offer a half sandwich and salad bar combo, they have a ton of great menu options that can please everyone in your crew. The managers are always friendly and know my family by name. The service is prompt and courteous. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Both of our sandwiches were dry. Nothing on them. Nothing offered. I had to go up to the counter and ask for something to put on them. They charge extra for sauerkraut. You get a small bag of chips with your order- whoopie. We are debating returning. This was our first visit the only real positive thing was you get free ice cream. Oh well. It was pretty expensive competitively as well.

I’m impressed! I visited for the 1st time last week and I was so pleasantly surprised with the freshness of their salad bar. The atmosphere is industrial and it’s a great place to talk.
The above review was based on our first visit. Subsequent visits have exhibited mediocre customer service, dirty looks and annoyance has no place at a restaurant if you want to keep customers.

Very good food and very good service at a reasonable price. The restaurant was very clean and I saw several employees cleaning the dining room multiple times in the short while I was there for lunch. The wonderful smell of cooking food was enjoyable while I waited for my order to be delivered to my table. Parking is not good; very limited spaces and a borderline dangerous parking lot with lots of blind spots.
