This Taco Bell location truly surprised me. The food was fresh across the board — the meat, the tacos, even the bean burritos were well‑made and smelled great. Everything tasted good, including the cinnamon twists, which were fresh too. I don’t experience this level of quality at most Taco Bell locations, so this one really stood out. Also, the customer service was excellent

Drive through was super packed so I parked and went inside. I was greeted abd asked if I was picking up an order I said no placing an order, the guy walks over to a keyosk and said to place my order on it. I looked at the guy and said no thank you can you take my order he said no it had to be done on the keyosk. Taco Bell you are out of your damn mind thinking im going to pay those prices and have to place my own order. Customers have to place their own order inside or an AI takes your order outside what’s next the customer has to make the food theirself?? I will stick with Del Taco real people taking orders.

Absolutely awful customer service, no organization or communication. Expect to wait at least 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledges you’re there. Even then they will be short with you and treat you like an inconvenience. They mix up all the orders in the mobile order area as well and then treat you like you’re stupid when you can’t find your drink that they put with the wrong order.

So on my way to work I stopped in to this location, Alicia h was the staff member at the window, she was rude, impatient even though there was only me and another car in the drive-thru. I said thank you and this lady rolled her eyes and closed the window. I got to work and called to speak to a manager, Alicia h answered the phone and said she was the manager, I asked for corporate phone number and was yelled at, cussed at and called names and was told she was not going to give me the number, I opened my Mexican pizza and it looked like it had been in a fight with the tacos in my bag and had a pickle or something that looked like a pickle on it. Now I am stuck at work with no lunch and wasted the last of my money with this establishment. I will never go back to this location for food. Clearly the management team is unprofessional and not interested in having a decent reputation. Alicia h, do better. Taco Bell used to be a better place with decent staff and a great menu.

Just wish they could get everything uniform in a burrito. All the stuff inside is in like sections. Chipotle chicken burrito had all the lettuce and crunchy tortilla strips at the end I started on and all the chicken and chipotle sauce was on the other end. So half way through I saw chicken finally. Like no meat in the crunch wrap, for what you pay you expect more.

The workers are nice. The food is good and always hot. It’s always prepared nicely and put together neatly and they always enjoy going to this location because it’s so close to my house And being A transitioning vegetarian who’s almost fully vegetarian now. I’m almost fully there, but I still enjoy Taco Bell ground beef. Taco Bell is still a restaurant I enjoy

I ordered a chicken cantina bowl and a chicken cantina burrito and I asked for extra chicken in the chicken cantina bowl they said they can do that but they don’t have any lettuce that was perfectly fine why is it that I open this thing and there’s like three pieces of chicken in here and they charged me for the extra chicken and I didn’t even get the standard of my chicken I get it fast food can be tedious at times I worked it but like come on they weren’t slammed or busy

I’m a very picky eater and allergic to tomatoes so I’m always special ordering things. This often makes me difficult to please (tho never mean.) This location is by far the best location I’ve been to out of over 10 states and dozens of locations. The food is right every single time. I’m sure if it was wrong they’d fix it no issue. The employees are always so kind and fun. You can do drive through though expect a line because they’re very good. Though it moves quickly. Or you can order inside. You order at two kiosks right as you come in on your right of the ordering counter. You can also dine in right now. Just a great location with amazing food!
