There are no Arby’s in Philadelphia in the closest one is about 14 miles away in the suburbs. So to find one and to have the experience that I had is priceless. I purchased the fried turkey club sandwich and I’ve had fried turkey before and this sandwich was slamming! And the fries, as the server told me, were freshly made because the previous batch was cold and these fries were just slamming! It was so good. I couldn’t eat the food slow enough! It’s too bad it’s so far from my home but I’m going to definitely have to go back and have that deep fried turkey club sandwich and nose crinkly fries!

Extremely clean dining room, and a very friendly staff! Arby’s is not our usual fast food of choice, so it took a few minutes to make up our minds on what we wanted. The staff was very patient and kind while we made our selection. In addition, our food order was completed surprisingly quick. The food was very good and a pretty good value as well.

Waited nearly a half hour for inedible food. Fries were so salty they sparkled and were ice cold. Roast beef was cut way too thick, was burn to a crisp, and hard as a rock. Roll had no seeds and was stale. It was way too late to drive back so my girlfriend and I went to bed hungry. I would suggest you steer clear of this location. It needs to be shut down.

We came through the drive through to use up our “make it right cards”. On the cards it clearly says “valid at ALL Arby’s restaurant locations. They asked us to pull around to the drive through and looked at our cards and told us that they don’t accept these cards. It only had to be from their store. Really not happy with how they “correct” their mistake. Very unhappy. We came to the drive through 12.18.22 around 8:30pm

I HATE THIS ARBYS!!!!!!! It’s the closest one to me and I wanted to try the new deep fried turkey sandwich. When ordering the lady was very short and dismissive and you could barely hear her I get to the window I’m met with attitude she reached for my card i said we’ll what’s my total????? She said 20 something when she was handing me back my card she refused to extend her arm out the window so I can reach my car I said “well I can’t really reach that”” very rude then I said can I have horsey sauce now I ordered a sandwich large fries two wraps a shake ….. she hand me one sauce I said”can I have one more she like”we only allowed to give one” and shoved two more in my hand. This store has some rude workers if your not gonna be polite or if you don’t like the job you chose find another gig my food was cold dry sloppy and unappealing I’m a fan of arby but will never visit this location again I will take the drive somewhere else this whole order went in the trash waste of money

Went here with my boyfriend and it was actually our first time trying Arby’s and we had a pretty pleasant experience. The cashier was very helpful with suggesting what we should try, we ended up getting the chicken sandwich sliders which were excellent and we also got the strawberry milkshake too which great too. Will definitely be back again in the future.

The woman at the window was pleasant and easy to deal with. My only issue was the food. I ordered beef n cheddar sandwiches and got beef with accidental cheddar? Idk. I’m sad I can’t post these pictures on this review because this food was garbage and wasn’t worth the time to go there let alone the 25 bucks wasted.

Today I was pleasantly surprised at my lunchtime visit. Did the drive through because I was in a rush. Sometimes painfully slow, but not today! Got the fish special (since it’s Lent). Nice hot sandwich and HOT curly fries. And got it in under 2 minutes total. Great job and good value.

The customer service was actually so pleasant, the employees were nice and patient as we looked at the menu because weve never been to arbys. We also had questions about the menu and their answers were very helpful. Today was college move in day at widener and it was actually amazing to be able to experience some out of this world good customer service after an exhausting day. Besides that, the food was so so good. Ive heard so many bad things about arbys and this food just threw all of that out the window. It was so good. Some over the best fast food ive ever had. Im so glad i came here tonight. It was wonderful!
