We don’t have Jack in the box on the East Coast so when I come home I always come for the tacos and sourdough jack. In my travels, I have never found tacos like these. The only reason I give 3 stars on atmosphere is simply because it’s a little small inside and can be a little messy. That being said, I passed up going to other Jack in the boxes just to visit the one in my hometown. I love it here

The food is good. The customer service is NOT SO MUCH. But that is Bay City fast food, though. I recently tried delivery from them, and my order was sealed very well. Impressed on how seriously they take delivery orders.

Something changed with their Mushroom Swiss buttery Jack recipe. The burger doesn’t cut the mustard like it used to. Not just this location either. It’s across the board. Quality has diminished as the price has increased.
There’s better burgers for the same price in town. I used to love Jack in the box and it’s a real shame.
Tacos still slap tho. Never change.
