Menu seems like an eclectic mix of French + several Asian countries like Thailand, Vietnam, India. Nice vibe, clean & modern ambiance, not too loud but lively! The food is amazing. I highly recommend the deviled eggs. The best I’ve had. The squash blossoms were nice and crispy and the dip was tasty. Their corn soup is really good as well. I will definitely come back.

TORC was a top notch, 5/5 dining experience for our group. Service was helpful and congenial throughout, with great suggestions. The dishes we received were all delicious, with the fish being a standout by far. Absolutely would recommend other swing by to visit!

With a reservation, we were quickly seated. We started with an appetizer of fries and they were delicious. The fries were more chunky super crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They were perfect.

Torc delivered a really memorable dining experience overall. We started the evening with cocktails, which were fantastic and set a great tone for the meal. Our server, Gabe, was excellent throughout the night. He gave thoughtful guidance on our selections, helped steer our decisions, and everything he recommended landed perfectly.
The lumache was a creative spin on house-made mac and cheese and packed with flavor. It was comforting while still feeling elevated. The duck breast was the standout dish of the night and easily the highlight of the meal. It was beautifully prepared and incredibly flavorful.
The only dish that fell a little short was the aged New York steak. While it was still good, it didn’t quite meet expectations for the $140 price point.
We finished with desserts that were absolutely delicious and a great way to end the evening. The atmosphere was lively but comfortable, making it perfect for a special night out.

My friends had been looking forward to taking me to Torc, raving about how great it is and how much they love the food, drinks, and atmosphere. I can say with complete certainty, that they were absolutely right. The restaurant is gorgeous, and there is no bad table in the whole restaurant. We got seated at a great table on the second floor overlooking the lower level, which was nice.
Started with the jamon and deviled eggs, both were good but I would pick something else next time since they were both nothing special. I got the hanger steak for my entree, which was absolutely incredible and cooked perfectly. The fries were sooo good, probably the best I’ve ever had, and love that they were served with Kewpie, which is what I do at home. The tomato syrup was amazing–I’m not a ketchup person, but would have this version at any time. For dessert, I had the coffee ice cream with cookie crumbles, and wow! Amazing again.
The star of the whole night, however, was the J.B. Plasma Martini. Hands down the best martini I’ve had in my life. I loved how well it all worked together and the dots of tomato was fun. I had three of them, and converted my friend from what he was drinking, since it was such a stellar cocktail. I will dream of that cocktail for a long time.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we were filled with a comforting warmth that resulted in a 5 star dining experience. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. From the way the food was presented to our table and the way the plates were cleared and refreshed, no detail was missed. Each plate was beautiful and the flavors were all unique and balanced. It was fun to try all the different components in each dish and a delight to create the perfect bite. The deviled eggs, Shungiku, and hamachi tartare were standouts. For dessert both were special but the pana cotta was divine. Our server made a perfect wine pairing suggestion. The cocktails were inventive and we wanted more. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting napa and will be back ourselves.

Food was delicious, we walked in without reservation and did not have to wait to sit at the bar (the dining area was fully booked for the night, however). Bartender was friendly and service was good and fast.
Deviled eggs and sweet potato Pakora are delightful. Buckwheat fettuccine was rich in taste and beef short rib was very tender and flavorful. We were satisfied with every dish!
