Green Bay isn’t exactly lacking when it comes to great Mexican restaurants, and this place definitely holds its own. In fact, it easily lands in my top three in the Green Bay area. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the service was spot-on, and the food quality was excellent across the board.
I highly recommend stopping in during some off-peak hours so you can really take in the atmosphere, relax, and enjoy a great taco with a cold beverage.

I dont give out perfect 5s too often-especially not for Taquerias. Usually either my standards are too high, the price is a rip off, the wait is too long, or the service is lacking. Not here. The tacos are fresh, delicious, served fast and piping hot. I was waited on by 3 different individuals within 1 minute of sitting down, and had my food out within 5. I got the sense that if I sneezed, my server would have come flying out of the kitchen with a tissue.
UPDATE: after my initial great experience this place has become part of my regular stops if not my favorite spot for breakfast. Their breakfast burritos are completely unmatched by anything else available in the area and their michaladas are pretty good too

On a mission to find the best chips and salsa, lime margarita and steak tacos in the Green Bay Area. All are graded on a scale of 1-5.
Chips and salsa – chips were good and lightly salted. The salsa was flavored good and had good heat but super oily – 3
Lime Margarita on the rocks – big and rimmed with tajin. Pretty good – 4
Soup – We were given a complementary charro bean soup, which had beans, tripe, bacon and hot dogs. Delicious but spicy! – 4
Steak Taco:
Flavor – 2 – super oily and a TON of onions, which made the whole taco taste like onions. We spent the first couple minutes picking onions off.
Fullness – 4 – full of onions
Appearance – 4 – if you like onions this is the taco for you
Service – server was fast and asked us if the music was too loud for us and turned it down. Food was made right, just a lot of onions – 5
Two steak tacos, one margarita and one Pepsi $16.54

Cabeza tacos and gordita with carbe asada enchiladas. Margaritas weren’t the best but the food was awesome! Good service! Less points on atmosphere because it was wicked hot in the restaurant!

Wow! There’s a reason why they are the top rated mexican food in Greenbay. Clean interior. Warm greeting. I was here during the lunch hour on a Monday. Not crowded and seated immediately. Chips and salsa were homemade and given as I was seated. I was surprised with a small bowl of what I would consider a mexican style chili/soup that was free (not on the menu). Delicious. Ordered 1beef/asada tostada and 2 pork/pastor tacos mexican style. Also asked for rice and beans. Mexican bottle of Coke. Authentic and awesome. Can’t say enough about this little slice of Mexico here in Greenbay! Definitely coming back. Worth the trip even if it’s out of the way!! Great service and very reasonable price.
