I placed a mobile order at Jersey Mike’s 40 minutes before my arrival, hoping to grab a quick lunch before work, but I was extremely disappointed when I got there and found that my order hadn’t even been started. Despite the ample time I gave them, I ended up waiting and watching as other customers were served before me. Unfortunately, I had to leave for work without my meal, which was incredibly frustrating. I appreciate the quality of their food, but the lack of timely service for mobile orders needs serious attention, as it cost me my lunch today.

The Greensboro Jersey Mike’s did a fabulous job of making me feel comfortable about my food allergy when I was stopping through while traveling. The employees were so friendly and knowledgeable about how to make my gluten-free sub. They really went above and beyond with great customer service!

This is a fantastic Jersey Mike’s and I directly attribute it to Jonathan’s excellent customer service. He was kind, intelligent on the products offered (subs, cookies, and chips) and he had some great but work appropriate jokes. He made my visit from Charleston fantastic and he wished a safe return home. He should be promoted within this organization in my opinion.

My family and I recently drove through Georgia on a road trip stopping to grab a quick bite and use the restrooms. When I walked in, everyone was very friendly and kind. We grabbed our sandwiches and headed out after a bathroom stop. Hours later I realized I left my purse in the bathroom. My husband quickly called and spoke with the manager Jonathon Woodward. He was so kind and mailed it out right away. He went above and beyond to make sure we received my purse as quickly as possible. I couldn’t have asked for more. I am so thankful for people like him in this world. The service and food was amazing, but the kindness Mr. Woodward showed a complete stranger will stay with me forever. We will definitely be back on our next trip through and I will be recommending this branch to everyone.

It was the Tuna for me, I always come here for it whether it’s a sub or a salad since this opened. Today was bad it was really wet and mushy like Subway. Also did not smell too fresh. I’ll try another menu option instead next time and change my review if it gets better.
Update 4/9/2025 I returned and the Tuna is much better so I added 2 stars. Love this place for lunch.
