My fave! I am a Chinese food connoisseur. Their food is fresh and delicious. When my friends come to visit me they always request we order from here. I’ve tried other places in the neighborhood and nobody surpasses them.

Their customer service is conditional, they do not listen to understand they hang up the phone in your face they pick and choose when your address is close enough to deliver to. I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this store and gave multiple chances before writing this review it’s not good customer service and to make matters worse they harass you for a tip and their attitude depends on whether or not you give and how much regardless of whatever financial circumstances bars u from tipping per usual.

Delivery drive shows up with food that is not mine. Told him not mine. He got very nasty with me, started kicking my gate and tried to hit me. Went there in person and the woman says oh he’s new. The guy shows up and thinks is funny. I got it all on camera. Never ordering again. Very rude, disrespectful and they want to fight you. He screw up. Carrying around old delivery receipts with customers information. Horrible! Lost my business.

When I called the restaurant to clarify my order even though I was very polite, the woman who answered was rude, she clearly did not want to talk to me even though I spent money for a service. I asked for bbq sauce for the chicken because I did not see it on the seamless/Grubhub menu, she said it would cost me extra. She actually hung up on me while I was still talking. Then they messed up half my order. I want to support local businesses but I will spend my money elsewhere from now on. Then the delivery man was extremely rude as well. I would not recommend this place to anyone spending their hard earned money and I will never order from them again.

Not Good. When I first started ordering from SG the food was good. I thought they were one of the best in the neighborhood. Was I WRONG. I ordered for delivery on 11/21. The food was salty. The chicken was over cooked. And worst of all, there were only 3 tiny baby shrimp in the shrimp fried rice. I paid more for the fried rice because of the shrimp and I had the darndest time finding any. Not the first time this happen but it’s definitely the last.

What is a shame is food here is actually delicious. But there customer service is utterly disgraceful. I never been treated so poorly. I accidentally had picked shrimp egg roll instead pork one and I’m allergic to shrimp so its important I dont get that.
When I called to explain to lady first she answers phone no greeting or anything just literally saying “what do you want” I was taken back by it and I said hi I ordered a delivery on grubhub with… couldn’t even finish my sentence because lady kept saying “ok ok ok ok ok” I said mam can you please listen to me its important I need to switch my egg roll and she just says “ok bye” and slams the phone. Horrendous customer service. This will be last time I order here.

I never had a bad experience. I also didn’t taste there full menu. I love the Shrimp and Broccoli combination dish. More than that, is their chicken. Better than I’ve tasted from other Chinese resturants.
